L'esperienza, tutto sommato si può considerare positiva, ma non proporzionale al prezzo pagato. L'8 dicembre ho soggiornato in un appartamento signorile e pulitissimo, in posizione vicinissima a San Pietro ma con un prezzo minore ed ho avuto la possibilità di pagare in arrivo senza versare nessun anticipo in via di porta Romana. Comunque i gestori sono persone gentili, ma la pulizia lascia a desiderare, copriletti macchiati non freschi di bucato mobili di recupero qua e la. Materasso comodo, lenzuola piccole. Consiglierei di curare questi particolari che sono piccoli e importantissimi soprattutto se i costi restano gli stessi.Dimenticavo, camera fredda. Il lato peggiore dell'aquisto di questo soggiorno è HOTEL.COM che non è per nulla chiaro nel promuovere i soggiorni. Non lo usero' mai più.

Gute Unterkunft für Leute, bei denen die Stadt und nicht das Hotel an erster Stelle steht. Liebevoll eingerichtete, aber einfache Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Etwas hellhörig Zimmer (Altbau), aber bequeme Betten und nettes Konzept für Leute ohne Anspruch. Uns hat es super gefallen und die Rom Tipps, die wir zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes bekommen haben, waren durchweg super. Danke!

horrible check in process
Flight arrived after 8 but our room was guaranteed for late arrival, no answer so walked around town trying to find new hotel for the night. Next day went to check in at 230 and no answer again so had to turn on phone and call them and they said they were not there and had to make an appointment so now they would head over to us. NO WHERE on the booking does it say if arriving between check in hours to make an appointment. The only positive was the room itself was decent and the beds were comfortable. Would not recommend to a friend as very inconvenient and would not stay again.

O lugar eh bom porem nao tem recepção nenhuma, vc tem que chegar e ligar para o cara vim fazer o check in, minha sorte foi que eu tinha telefone e contatei o proprietário, mas por diversas vezes ajudamos casais que chegavam na frente do predio e tocavam a campainha e ninguém atendia pois simplesmente nao tem ninguém para recepcionar, sorte que alem de ter telefone falo inglês isso ajudou a nao termos problemas, nao va sem saber o minimo de ingles e se nao tiver um telefone movel pois se nao você terá que contar com a ajuda de outros para entrar no local e nem todos tem a nossa paciência para ajudar!!!! Recomendo para turistas veteranos

Heed the warnings of other reviewers.
As happened with other guests they switched the location of the stay. They did not communicate this change until I called them a day before after reading a review. ( in hindsight I should have done it before booking. I put a bit extra trust on Expedia to vet this place. Lesson learned). The original location was picked so that it's near a subway. From the new location,I had to take cabs and cost a lot of extra unbudgeted cost. There was no wifi in this location. It was broke. I had to steal unsecured wifi signal for 6 days straight. Also there were no check in facility on site at this location and had to setup an appointment after we landed and the lady could not speak English and was a stressful time with three of my kids. I am not sure why Expedia still list this place after so many bad reviews. Bottom line buyers beware don't let the price point fool you. It's not worth the stress.

Hotel tem somente boa localização
Minha experiência foi péssima fechamos um quarto que era até razoável, depois eles nos levaram para um quarto horrível onde nada funcionava. Além disso fomos explorados pela a equipe do hotel que nos cobrou taxas que eram indevidas. A funcionária Barbara queria nos extorquir uma diária que já havia sido paga. Não recomendo...
