Great location, clean and quiet. The only thing to import was the tv didn’t work with wifi and water leaked to bathroom when showering.

We had a wonderful stay. This property is located very conveniently. It is within walking distance to so many of the historic sites we wanted to visit. Lots of places to eat around. The directions to check in were sent ahead of time and the instructions were very clear. The room was very clean and it had a very thing we needed.

Rooms are very modern and the staff extremely helpful. The room was serviced each day. There isn’t someone on site during the day as indicated on the booking but they can be easily reached by phone or WhatsApp. Amazing location too. Highly recommend.

Multiple things that were not mentioned on the listing. 1) The hotel is on a main road that is very busy and loud. It's worrying when you walk in to your room and you see earplugs provided for your stay. 2) There are about 6 steep steps down to get in to the property. Then there are about 10 narrow twisted stairs to get back up to the one floor of rooms (large suitcases barely fit). 3) Interesting European style walk-in shower with no door so water will go everywhere. The bathroom also has glass walls so they are see through from the bed. The sink for the bathroom is outside in the room - washroom is just toilet and shower. 4) It is self check-in no one was present during our stay at the front. 5) The Double room with queen bed was very small with almost no room to even open a suitcase. Pros: 1) Convenient location: about 15-20mins walk from most tourist destinations. 3) Room was spotless when we walked in. 2) Sara, the person messaging us through Expedia was very helpful and kind.

The room was spacious, elegant and clean. The check in process was very easy and hotel staff was very proactive and contacted me for a smooth check in. The location of the place takes the cake for this property as it’s located right in front of the Castel Sant Angelo. Everything is either walkable or easy access via buses. Highly recommended property and I plan to stay here again if I visit Rome. Thank you for everything!

There is a front desk for checking in. You will need to call a local number to obtain the access codes etc.

The location was good, but initial access was very confusing. Several people checking in had difficulty. Our unit, #5, the shower floor would soak the whole bathroom when you took a shower, and there was no where to put your toiletries inside the shower/bathroom. It’s also very loud as it’s right beside a busy road. They provided ear plugs, but you really need noise canceling headphones.
