Terrible place
It was really terrble space(not hotel). 1. English comunication was not possible. 2. Emploees had very very very bad manner except one person. 3. Cafetaria for brekfast is far from the accomodation. 4. One bread and a cup of coffee or juice were provided for breakfast. Even this breakfast was supplied just one day for 5days stay without any information. 5. 3 people were reserved, but all amenities were supplied for two people. Actually, all amenities were towers, soaps(no sampoo, no body wash), only toilet paper roll.

여기 서비스는 정말 황당. 뜨거운 물은 밤에만 나오고 아침에는 절대 나오지 않으니 아침에는 냉수 샤워를 각오하시길,, 2밤자는 비용을 예약시 미리 인터넷으로 냈음에도 불구하고 자기들이 또다시 카드로 비용을 긁고 2번째날 비용은 첫날보다 더 비싸게 지불 청구하여 긁어버린다. 내가 취소요구를 했음에도 불구하고 더 비싸게 받은 금액을 취소하는 대신 예약시 각각 같은하루 금액으로 지불한 방값을 취소시켜 주었다. 정말 황당한 곳. 비추천임.The service here is not good. The hot water system is not woking propery. I waited for more than 8min for the hot water to take a shower in the morning but it never came out. No hot water after all, except at nigh.The funny thing is that, although I payed for two nights in advance when I made a reservation with my credit card through internet they charged me again later with my crdit card information anyway. They charged me more for the second day stay. I was never told about this different price for the second day stay. It was the same price for a each day on the interet. Later, they cancelled the one that I payed through the internet.

Le réceptionniste a voulu m’arnaquer en disant que je n’avais pas payer alors que j’avais bien payer j’ai du appeler Expedia pour qu’il les appelent il ont régler le problème mais nous avons changer d’hotel pour la deuxième nuits car ont ne se sentais pas bien dans la chambre

Não recomendo, pior hotel que já conheci.
Detestei a experência, o hostel não tem segurança nenhuma, abrem a porta do nosso quarto para fazer de sala de espera para outros hospedes. Más condições de higiene, sem água quente, staff muito antipático. Não recomendo!

The main office is located in a building that has a massage parlor downstairs. We could not even find it when a cab dropped us off. Had to call them to confirm that this is the address. After checking-in, we had to walk two blocks to another building where the apartment was located. It is basically an apartment, and breakfast is provided in a cafe (owned by the same people) around the corner. There is no staff on site. The apartment itself is not in a good condition, particularly the shower. Hot water was turned off twice, they had to come in and restart the hot water heater. There are also issues with electricity in the apartment (when we first arrived, power was completely out). We stayed there for six nights (pre-paid thru hotels.com so had no choice). The only cleaning that was done during that time was: trash was taken out, beds were made and toilet paper was restocked. Sheets/towels were never changed, bathroom was never cleaned. The staff were very friendly, and eager to serve, but we had to specifically ask for things that are normally done by default at normal hotels; or notify them that something did not work. The area is convenient to the Termini train station and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. But it is on the dodgy end of things. I did not feel particularly safe walking there.

Gute Lage super Fairer Preis
Die Rezeption ist nicht besonders einfach zu finden. Wenn man dann einmal im Zimmer ist verfügt man über ein einfach ausgestattetes Zimmer, welches im Punkto Sauberkeit nicht besonders gut ist. Wir waren trotzdem zufrieden, da wir uns kaum im Zimmer aufgehalten haben und die Mängel am Zimmer durch Preis und die Super Zentrale Lange mehr als ausgeglichen wurden.

Sconsigliatissimo!!!
In primis mi è stato chiesto di pagare l'importo della notte trascorsa in hotel, ma, per fortuna avevo il codice prenotazione e la stampa del pagamento effettuato on line. Poi ha provato a chiedermi un importo superiore di qualche euro per la tassa di soggiorno, ma come evidenziato nel foglio della prenotazione avrei dovuto pagare €3,50 a persona. La cosa più inquietante è aver notato che le camere erano dotate di un una chiusura esterna, ovvero chiunque dall'esterno avrebbe potuto chiuderti dentro. La porta della camera aveva una vetrata e la luce esterna (in reception) era accesa tutta la notte. Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Nie wieder!!! Sehr,sehr hellhörig.Unfreundlich.
Erst das dritte Zimmer ging dann einigermaßen. Alles sehr hellhörig, die Nachbarbäder scheinen nicht isoliert zu sein, man denkt deren Toilette ist im eigenen Zimmer. Man versuchte uns als Expedia Kunde das schlechteste Zimmer mit nur einer Glastür direkt neben der Rezeption zu geben und ein Handtuch um das Glas zu verhängen. Teilweise waren die Mitarbeiter des anscheinend indisch geführte Hotels frech und sehr unfreundlich. Personal lag tw. neben der Rezeption direkt vor dem Zimmer. Beim Duschen war teilweise morgens kein Wasser. Das Frühstück gab es in einem indischen Grill-Imbiss auf Hockern direkt neben dem übel riechendem Grill. Selbst nachts um 3.39h diskutierte das Personal sehr laut auf dem Flur mit unzufriedenen neuen Gästen-an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken-trotz Beschwerde darüber.... Die Bettdecken waren mehrfach dreckig und mit Blutflecken voll! Fotos gemacht. Der Schrank innen verdreckt und außen total zerkratzt mit Sprüchen wie auf Toiletten an Autobahnparkplätzen..... Ein Inder der Reinigung gab sich jedoch Mühe.

It was OK and value for money! BUT THINK AGAIN!!
Overall it was OKaish! The location was great and room was spacious though the hair dryer did not work. The whole building was not the hotel hence it was really difficult to find. Some of the apartments was belonging to Dhaly. The building was old and haunting. The elevator was small and dangerous. The owner was not there and we had to call him. We waited for long and then he came finally. The breakfast was awful and stale and in a different place which is unusual. I DONT KNOW WHY HOTELS.COM SAY WE NEED TO PAY AT THE PROPERTY BUT DHALY HAD ALREADY CHARGED FROM THE CREDIT CARD. I say why keep false statements like these.

Sh1t stained toilet nightmares
We arrived at the given address, then were walked 3 blocks to some random street to get to our room. It had not yet been cleaned. The beds were not made, there was trash, old toiletries, and a literal sh1t stain 3 inches wide, running down the length of the toilet. It was all so disgusting. Obviously one is not going to find great accommodation near a train station, but holy jesus. Also, be prepared for the entire city to con you out of money. And, yes, they sent some dude to clean the room a little while after we were let inside, but it was all awful!

Clean and comfortable
The staff is friendly and the room was clean. Not the nicest place, but it does the trick. Our room smelled funny sometimes. But when you come back so tired, you don't really care. My only complaint was that "breakfast" was only coffee and a piece of cake, but I guess that's what they eat around here.

Hotel piuttosto modesto ma ben posizionato. Rumoroso sia internamente sia esternamente. Stanze localizzate in modo tale da avere poca privacy. Colazione decente.

Lage top - Hotel flop
Dass wir ein preiswertes Hotel gebucht haben, war uns bewusst. Dennoch haben wir mehr erwartet als einen uns abbaggernden Rezeptionist, ein 2 Stunden nach Check-In Zeit unbetretbares Zimmer, dass auch danach nur spärlich gesäubert wurde und ein Frühstück in einer indischen Imbissbude an der Theke neben den Backhähnchen bei dem der Saft in Plastikbechern serviert wurde. Die Wände sind dünn wie Papier, so dass schlafen, wenn überhaupt, nur mit Oropax möglich war. Gut gefallen hat uns dass man wirklich alles super zu Fuß erreichen konnte, dennoch werden wir nächstes Mal dann doch lieber etwas mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen.

Sembrava pulito... Poi ho notato delle macchie sulle lenzuola, macchie Che sembravano più che altro dovute a polvere, e non sporcizia resistente al lavaggio. Quando ho fatto la doccia, se allagato il piano dove si mettono i piedi, e chi stava con me invece se l'è fatta direttamente fredda. La mattina, siamo stati svegliati da Uno che doveva prendere una coperta da sotto il letto.

Un poco sucio, la ropa de cama no estaba bien limpia cuando llegamos, el cerrar la habitación era un lío, el desayuno lo dan 2 calles en un local. Recuerden los impuestos son por noche y por persona. Al principio no nos habían respetado la reservación, pero nos quejamos con hoteles.com y lo resolvieron. La conexión wifi solo no funciono un día.

Pleasant surprise
It was a very nice hotel, the only things that i had a problem with was the very small bathroom in which you didn't have room move, the fact that they didn't have a spare key to come clean the room and when we wanted to leave our key soo they can at least change the towels, the reception was closed and the final problem was the "continental breakfast" which was only a croissant. However for that price, the room was really amazing, very clean, the staf was welcoming and it is not far away from rome's atractions.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura in occasione di un concerto all'ippodromo delle capannelle, la posizione è ottima in quanto si trova esattamente fuori la stazione di termini e il personale è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo...il lato negativo risiede nella pulizia scarsa della camera (abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani macchiati e un rasoio nel bagno). Nel complesso per passarci una notte non è male (è anche tra i più economici della zona) ma non di più

Wenn man nahe am Hauptbahnhof schlafen möchte
Ist allgemein ok, der Sat Receiver funktionierte nicht, jedoch die lokalen Sender, die Putzfrau sollte mal auch auf die Mauer der Duschkabine schauen, da sind noch etliche Seifen von den Vorgängern. Es ist zwar etwas hoch jedoch da es keine Ablage gibt ... Und die Wände sind etwas dünn. Man sollte ein Mensch sein, der gut schlafen kann. Ein großes Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. (Termini) Gerade mal ein paar Minuten zum laufen.

Room was fine and service was okay but inclusive breakfast was terrible just one croissant or cake and juice, you don't get coffee until you asked. For that also, We need to go out of the hotel in another shop almost like 400 meters and staff over there are unwelcome. However, Karina, lady on front desk was really welcomed and helpful.

Прекрасное место для отдыха в Риме
Отличный недорогой, и в то же время, комфортный отель, в двух шагах от центральной ж/д станции Термини. Хоть это и центр, и удобная транспортная развзка, в номерах очень тихо. Персонал исправно убирает, меняет полотенца. Кровати удобные)) Менеджер Карина - само обаяние, говорит на русском, английском, итальянском. Готова подсказать маршрут любой прогулки по городу. Добро пожаловать в Рим, короче)

Everything was great!
After reading the previous reviews we have seen all in another way. The central position. The simple room was made in antic way. The girls at reception were very polite and helpful and always available. The signal of wifi was very ok. The simple breakfast but it was ok. All was good. Hold on!

terrible hotel !
It was worst hotel for me. When I arrived at this hotel, I was invited duble room with the reason as not vacancy though I booked single room. the employee said me It's same price but It was a little high and the air cnditioner wasn't working in this room! In addition also refrigerator was not working at all, so although I complained to her about them but She cheated me and She didn't EVEN check the refrigerator for 3 days!!! I will NEVER stay here again!!!
