깨끗하고 저렴한 호텔
가격에 비하여 호텔이 매우 깨끗하고, 좁지도 않았으며, 간단한 아침도 좋았다. 매일 방 청소와 침대 정리도 해주어 만족스럽다.

이 가격에 이 정도면 만족.
더블 베드에 하루 40유로가 안되는 가격에 로마에서 머물기에는 정말 좋은 선택이었다. ...........넓지는 않지만 실내도 깔끔함. 아침 식사는 다른 이탈리아 숙소처럼 그냥 그러함................... 위치가 중심가는 아니지만 테르미니 역에서 714번 버스가 10분 간격으로 아침 6시 이전부터 밤늦게까지 다닌다. 버스 2정거장 거리에 콜로세움과 산조반니 성당, 지하철 역이 있음. .............. 4박 하는 동안 교통의 불편함 별로 없었음............... 주의점이 있는데 오후에 셀프체크인을 하는 수가 있으니 메일을 반드시 확인할 것. 주소지에 호텔 간판이 없음. 명패를 확인. 건물안으로 들어가 뒷편 엘리베이터를 타고 6층을 찾아가야함. 처음에는 당황할 수 있음. ..영화에나 나오는 엘리베이터를 탈 수 있음...

I stayed there for three days Location: good, ten minutes walking distance far from the Colossium 3 minutes walking distance from the bus stop it is located in a very calm neighbourhood the hotel is an apartment inside a resident decades old building so you are a kind of experiencing the real residency in Rome the receptionists were so helpful asking answering my questions breakfast is to be deliverd to your room on the time you request between specific hours and it is good it is rather a kid of house rather than a fancy hotel cleanliness was ok but now wow it is a bit dark in the night to walk in that area but i was coming back so late and no issue happened it is close also to some ancient heritages of old rome overall it was good but little expensive

Propriétaire Super gentille et serviable et qui parle français c'est un plus. Elle prend le temps d'expliquer tout les détails surtout pour le chemin et les visites. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner complet. A 10mn du Colisée mais pour les autres monuments il y'a un bus a 3mn le 81 et qui dessert tous les monuments jusqu'au Vatican. Sinon on peut marcher il suffit juste de connaître les raccourcis à 30 mon on est en pleine centre côté Panthéon et autre. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour madame.

Super établissement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis (notre hôte parlait français ) . Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisés . L hôtel est à quelques minutes du Colisée et proches d arrêts de bus. Le petit déjeuner était super aussi ( croissant , confitures,yaourt ...). Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux pour bien reprendre des forces la nuit. Les lits sont un peu dur à mon goût mais sinon si je devais revenir à Rome je séjournerai à nouveau dans cet établissement.

Una piacevolissima sorpresa questo B&B utilizzato per partecipare a un evento alle Terme di Caracalla. Tranquillo, pulito, una signora gentilissima e anche una buona disponibilità di posti per il parcheggio a pagamento e non. L'unico neo una colazione buona ma consumata in camera. Comunque ci torneremo volentieri

Located in a calm and quiet area, lacking any and all traffic, and yet very close to the central parts of the city and the Colosseum. The rooms are incredibly nice, clean and fresh, and the staff is wonderful!

We liked our room very much. We had a bottle of wine on our private porch that runs the length of two sides of our room. There was a cool breeze blowing through our room while we enjoyed the view and relaxed one afternoon. Our bed was comfortable and we liked the bookcases full of books on a myriad of subjects.

Soggiorno gradevole, appartamento confortevole e molto centrale. Abbiamo avuto poco contatto con il personale: all'arrivo le chiavi si trovavano sul pianerottolo e quando siamo andati via le abbiamo lasciate dentro; il secondo giorno abbiamo trovata la stanza ordinata.

A due passi dalle Terme di Caracalla
Ci siamo fermati solo per un pernottamento, ma la camera, sebbene di modeste dimensioni, era pulitissima, dotata di servizi, tv, aria condizionata. Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente il personale,ma il sistema di accesso è stato pratico, efficiente e l'assistenza telefonica tempestiva e cordiale.

Amazing staff, Nice room and a wonderful breakfast
The staff is so warm and welcoming and really go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable and easy. The breakfast they served was very nice and we had a different meal every morning for the 3 days that we were there. The only downside is that you are away from the main tourist attractions, but if you are open to walking or taking public transit I highly recommend this place. :)

It's ugly hotel within an apartments
It's a hotel inside an apartment. So just imagine an apartment unit is broken down into several rooms and made into a hotel. Besides, the environment is literally not safe, this means that there are a bunch of drunk boys who stares at girls like they haven't see one before plus the lift to the hotel smells like as in someone has pee in it. This hotel is literally a down market kinda hotel. No breakfast, no security and the rooms looks like a freaking cell.

Perfect place to stay in Rome!!!
Gorgeous flat in the residential section of Rome but just a few minutes' walk from the tourist attractions. Also restaurants in walking distance as well. Breakfast was perfect as well.

The hotel has excellent location - pretty close to Colosseo and at the same time away from the tourist busyness. The nearby bus 81 gives a convenient way to reach Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona and even San Pietro (although the bus is not so regular). The neighbouring area east of the Colosseo is packed with good not-touristy places for dinner. Not at the last - a clean and quiet hotel with a really friendly service.

Perfekt für den Städtetrip mit persönlichem Flair
Das Hotel mit nur 6 Zimmern befindet sich in der obersten Etage eines Wohnhauses. Jeden Morgen haben wir das Frühstück auf's Zimmer gebracht bekommen, welches wir auf unserem kleinen Balkon genießen konnten.Es war alles dabei, was das Herz begehrt und es wurde mit einem frischen Cappuccino / Café serviert. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte ein kleines eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Das Colloseum ist fussläufig in ca.15 min erreichbar ( Metro-Station " Colloseo").Wir kommen gern wieder!

Good location for walking to coloseum and bus
Only negative is getting into place on arrival . Metal locked Gate entrance with intercom which is not always answered. Staff have limited English. Otherwise excellent continental breakfast. Quiet clean room off beaten track. All you need to have comfortable rest after sightseeing. Would stay here again.

Great bed and breakfast with convenient location
Great bed and breakfast with super friendly staff, convenient location and super clean rooms. Had a room with a personal balcony which had a very nice view. Will definitely recommend.

hôtel au top
Très bon accueil, super sympa, chambre calme, propre et bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner au top. Le bus 81 à 100m pour traverser toute la ville par les différents monuments, ou alors à 10min à pied du Colisée, juste nickel. On recommande !

I will not recommend this hotel apartment at all to any one who are willing to vist rome there are better place first of this hotel apartment too deep inside narrow Street not easy to find it i took barely 2 hours to find no reception gate was closed i had try to call hotel contact number not respond at all i was freezing out for 1 hour to open main gate. Finally some one out from same building i enter inside no sign bond which floor hotel rooms i couldnt in check i gave up than walk half hour other side i found other hotel i did check in i was already paid for this hotel advise 148$ next day i sent email no response than i again approached direct to hotel aroun 4pm i press bell door half hour i stayed there no one give answer main gate was closed didn't even reply my email my 2 night money gonna. Please dont waste your time to book this hotel same price u will get better place near restaurants bar grocery as u can see the main gate closed i sent picture.

Il b&b si trova in un palazzo piuttosto vecchio ma è completamente ristrutturato. La nostra camera familiare era bellissima e molto spaziosa. Anche se siamo arrivati molto tardi la sera e la reception era già chiusa, l'organizzazione è stata perfetta. La colazione è abbondante e servita in camera e la signora era gentilissima. Zona tranquillissima e posizione strategica perchè vicinissima al Colosseo e a Piazza San Giovanni, a 10 minuti di distanza dalla fermata della metropolitana.

Hotell et steinkast unna Colusseum!
Utrolig koselig hotell hvor man får servert en søt liten frokost på brett enten inn på hotellrommet eller ute på verandaen. Etter å forstå gjøres alt av en dame, og hun vi var i kontakt med under oppholdet var både imøtekommende, hyggelig og tipset oss om byen etter hva vi ønsket å oppleve. Det tok oss 10-15 min med gange fra hotellet til colusseum, og resten av byen ligger en 20-30 min gange videre innover. Var ikke avhengig av hverken buss eller taxi. Brukte undergrunnsbanen når vi skulle til Vatikanstaten og togstasjonen, som også ligger i nærheten av hotellet. Sengene i Italia er generelt harde, og dette hotellet var ikke et unntak! Heisen minner om noe fra en Hostel-film, men den får deg fra 1.etg til 6.etg hvor hotellrommene er.
