Staff were very helpful. Property was clean and the bed was comfy. Would have been nice to have some water/milk in the room for tea/coffee. Area is convenient, 15/20 min walk from most attractions. Molino opposite was very good for breakfast/dinner.
The staff was so friendly, the whole building/room/bathroom was spotless, beds were comfortable, and very safe and convenient location! I highly recommend and will be returning!
Nice and charming small hotell that have great staff and service - they help you with all you need - for us good location since we like to walk a lot - close to all you need to see 👌
Great position next to red bus tour, tourist attractions, train station, restaurants etc. Staff really friendly and breakfast exceeded expectations. Only issue we had was no hot water so couldnt wash our hair.
We had a really friendly and helpful checkin. The receptionist gave us a map and a quick run through all the main sites. She was really friendly, welcoming and check-in was quick.
Front desk reception were super helpful, positive and friendly. Room was very clean and bathroom was beautiful. They have a very small elevator only one person in at a time and stairs could be a little steep but we managed. Overall one of our favorites!!
Lovely hotel in a great location very close the church where the Pope has just been buried. Small with only 25 rooms but clean and tidy.
Only alight issue was our air conditioning didn't work properly, in fairness I didn't mention it at the desk so it's possible the hotel could have fixed it. Otherwise it was a nice room, comfy bed and well appointed.
Nore the TV is only Italian channels, no international ones if that matters to anyone.
Had a 2 night stay there. Hotel is very conveniently located, just across the street to Santa Maria Maggiore and the big big tour stop. There are also restaurants and cafe around too. Hotel provides a €10 breakfast in rooftop which I did not take. Elevator is available but it’s very small, just good for one luggage and one person. Room is decent but abit warm. Otherwise it is relatively clean and comfortable.
The first thing you notice are the staff. Consistently friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern and so so quiet. We loved the bed and bathroom was amazing. The area is safe and a nice distance from termini so no sketchy types around there. Great food places around and just a pleasant part of Rome
Fresh and clean rooms with good amenities.
The minibar was on the small side but managed to fit two 1.5l bottles when emptying it.
Super friendly and helpful staff, even made us little breakfast bags when we had an early morning and didn't have time to eat at the hotel.
Be warned that the rooms are on 5 different floors and the elevator only fits 1 normal sized person.
My wife and I recently stayed at the Doria Palace Boutique Hotel in Rome and had a great experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk from the main train station, surrounded by vibrant cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.
The staff are exceptional – warm, friendly, and always ready to assist. The rooms are immaculate, with perfect amenities including toiletries and a kettle for tea/coffee. The décor creates a luxurious atmosphere.
There is also the 24-hour manned reception, providing assistance whenever needed. Despite a minor downside of a single-person lift, our stay was not significantly impacted.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again, considering the reasonable prices for the high quality and outstanding service.
This hotel was everything we could have wanted from a hotel in Rome. It was modern, clean, the service was faultless from everyone. Despite being on a main road the windows genuinely did block out all road noise.
The reception staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating to us during our stay and we have already said if we were ever to return to Rome we would book here again without hesitation.
It was extremely close by to so many attractions (15 minute walk to Colosseum, 25 minute walk to Trevi etc.). It is a 7 minute walk to termini station and there is another station even closer which was perfect for when we went to the Vatican.
There are bakeries, bars, cafes and all types of shops opposite and it really was just the most perfect hotel for our stay in Rome. 10/10 recommend.

Lovely hotel without quality
Hotel and service was very lovely but quality of the room was poor. Our toilet door knob didn’t work and we were not able to close our door during our visit. Also construction work was done in a hurry and it was noticeable. Also elevator only fitted one person at a time and hotel had 5 floors and breakfast was in rooftop. Rooms were not soundproofed and it was very loud especially during weekends since the hotel had a rooftop for public use
Great property with the nicest staff!! The breakfast was delicious & the room was very spacious which can be rare for Italy. Elevators are really small & all the main attractions are at least a 15 minute walk but besides that everything was great.
Overall a great hotel. It’s a boutique hotel and as most hotels in Rome, they are smaller than typical U.S. hotels. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great but food was ok. Rooms were very clean. Recommend they put clothe hooks or more shelves as they didn’t have a lot. Beds were a bit hard too. But for the location you are only 1/2 mile walk from Colosseum and 1 mile from all the other tourist attractions. We greatly enjoyed the place and can’t thank the staff enough for their friendliness and hospitality.
Great place to stay, closed to the basilica train station and restaurant to eat

Excellent central location. Able to walk to all of the major sites. Deluxe room was nice, clean and adequate space. Some faults in the room - socket in bathroom was loose from the wall and the thermostat was broken and would only get hotter. Rooftop bar was only open for breakfast not when we went up in the evening. Staff were excellent and friendly. Gave good directions and able to leave luggage on check in and out.
