This resort and spa was absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean. We were in a wonderful location for walking, very safe area. The staff was extremely helpful and very eager to answer any questions and help us with any reservations we needed. The morning breakfast was made to order and very delicious. The location is a 10 as in the middle of the best shopping in Rome. Most tourist spots are in walking distance, ie Colosseum, Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, etc.Breakfast is cooked to order and is great. As noted in previous posts, Fendi doesn't have usual concierge services as there is limited staff present. If you can plan your own site seeing and dining you should consider Fendi.
