Walkable distance from the Vatican City and other sites. Great for the views over the dome of St Peter's. Room was spacious and well laid out. We had an issue with water from our air conditioning which didn't get resolved and there was obviously an issue with water in the bathroom because the door surrounds was rotten. The shower was the only let down for me as it was a tiny square cubical that was hard to move in.

This hotel was by far one my favorites while I was in Italy. The reason was because of the amazing staff that were the most loveliest and went above and beyond for me and my mother who has a lot of issues with her health. From the front desk Guilio, Andrea, Nancy, Alessandro, and Gideon. Also, the great people from the kitchen and bar, Gabriel, Sabita, Bozema, Elisa, Mazmud, and Careolta. In addition to all the cleaning staff who made that place and our room always look impecable. I want thank everyone from Fragrance for making my and my mom’s experience in Rome amazing. We love you guys!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Hotel. Location was perfect for visiting the Vatican. The rooftop restaurant food was delicious and the view spectacular. The rooms were very clean and quaint, I especially liked the balcony view from our room too!

Loved it! Third time staying at this property and each time is awesome ! Staff and location are perfect, breakfast is good as well and they are always happy to help. The property also has a luggage storage if you are flying late and the distance to the Vatican is only minutes walk !! If you want to stay close to the Vatican this is your best choice !

Simply great! So calm, 12 minutes away from St. Peters Square, and the best bed ever! I asked at the hotel for the kind of bed and mattresses and I want to buy it for my home. I have visited Rom for approximately 30 times (also in expensive ones )and in future I will definitely reside in this hote!

In a quiet neighborhood but close by

If you are looking for a calm place to relax when you are i Rome, then Fragrance is a good place to choose. The neighborhood is calm and quiet on the hill, close to the trainsstation St Pietra and 1 km walk to the river and historical area. If you want to explore the west side of Rome and take the train to the coast and therefore this hotel is perfect. And if you like the city pulse during day and night time but leeve the stress behind you when you sleep and eat breakfast. Choose Fragrance. It is a simple but nice, clean and friendly hotel

Two MAJOR problems. My WiFI would NOT connect in my room even after the staff typed in the password so I had to use WiFi downstairs to do work on the internet! Second problem was NO TV signal. I notified staff and was informed that a specialist would have to be called in to fix signal which did not help me any as I was here for 3 nights and never did have working TV! For the priexpected!
