Located close to the train station and short distances to all the famous archaeological sites and some great trattorias and restaurants. My granddaughter and I enjoyed staying there.
Hotel was in a great location, 2 minutes from bus and train station. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and breakfast selection was terrific.
This hotel is basically across the street from the train station which was part of the reason we chose it. There is plenty of shopping and dining in any direction that you walk. It was very walkable to several sights as well. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Water pressure was amazing. Free breakfast was a nice option.
Hotel was very tidy and convenient for tome spent in rome

Liked: Staff & service
Near to the train station, lots of places to eat close around. Bathroom was small. AC in room wasn’t great. Rooftop breakfast was nice . Staff was pleasant.
Great breakfast, Beautiful clean room, very spacious. The staff were amazing and helpful. Close to the main train station. The shower had a little leak, otherwise it was a great place.
The staff was amazing; they looked after all our needs. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was lovely. The location of the hotel gave us easy access to local amenities but the views from our room were sketchy.
Very friendly staff, our room was ready when we checked in the morning after a cruise which was very nice. Short walk to the main entrance of the train station, so very convenient for those taking the train to/from Rome.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Rooms were ok. Carpets need upgrading and some paint . Very close to train station so that is why we picked it, literally 1 min away. Bathrooms were good, shampoo, soaps etc were available and there was a safe to lock up items. Lots of restaurants around the area and hotel gave us some good recommendations. Staff was very nice and helpful. This is good for a night or two. It isn't close to the main attractions, you will have to walk to get to them.

There were no slippers provided, no anti-slip mat on the shower floor, no shampoo and conditioner, body lotion. The only thing i liked is the location which is very close to Roma Termini. The breakfast is quite okay.
The staff was amazing! So nice & so helpful. Breakfast was good, room was good and so close to Roma termina(train station). We Did see a man sleeping on sidewalk across the street but there are alot of food and shopping options close. Also close to alot of attractions. Would definitely stay there again.
We loved our room and this hotel. Great location, conveniently located near Roma Termini train station. The breakfast was great with many selections. The only issue we had was the staff. Not very friendly. Most had an arrogant way about them. We paid for 2 nights, knowing we would arrive very early morning and would need to rest up before walking the streets of Rome. We sent a message to the hotel and got a pleasant reply back that we wouldn’t be physically there the first night but would arrive in the morning. At check-in, our host asked us multiple times why we didn’t make it the previous night! Like we did something wrong. Not a great start and not a nice way to address clients.
