We absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely return next time we are Rome. We spent 8 nights there and the Staff was lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the showers have good pressure and lots of hot water. The bus stop is close and there’s a lot of local eateries new by.

The property and staff were wonderful and accommodating. The elevator was down some of our stay and the room wasn’t cleaned (garbage changed, fresh towels) in between nights. Location was great.

Excellent all areas - room, pool, service, amenities, food. The only negative & it could be a big one (depending on neighbours) is the walls are very thin & all sounds of neighbours are heard.

Super clean and comfortable stay. The pool was amazing to have in the heat. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. The rooms are not super luxurious but we’re super clean and comfortable. The bathroom was more modern than the room, and the shower worked well. It was about a 30 minute walk to Trastevere and a very nice walk. Two great restaurants are within a 3 minute walk of the hotel. Definitely recommend this property!

Nice and friendly hotel in the beautiful setting of Gianicolo. Nice to get away from the busy city and watch it from above. Nice size rooms and a pool that was not open when we were there out of season.

Our waiter at the outside dining room was exceptional. Very personable , pleasant and well mannered. His name is Paulo ( Paul). The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful but Paulo stood out. Service such as his should be rewarded with a promotion and a large raise.

My traveling friend and I had a wonderful stay here. I had several questions leading up to our trip, and they were answered quickly by the staff. Our room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was wonderful! It was better than the breakfasts the hotels give in the states! The location is convenient for taxis and we could walk to several places. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, great breakfast. Beautiful neighborhood for walking around. Staff arranged our taxi to Fiumicino. We left at 7:30am and the ride only took 20 minutes, instead of an hour as predicted.

Great location, in a very exclusive and quiet neighborhood just minutes away from busy and energetic Trastevere neighborhood. On top of a hill so walking to other neighborhoods is not practical. Saying that there are direct bus lines to Trastevere and Old Rome within 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and bus tickets are not expensive. The breakfast is really good, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the pool is beautiful .The only downside is small room size, but I guess it is a common problem for hotels in Rome.
