The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a comfortable size. The shower was large with excellent water pressure. It was an easy walk to the Vatican. There was a moderate selection of food at the breakfast bar with delicious pastries and common Italian foods(pizza, eggplant, breads). Fresh fruits were limited. The hotel is attached to a beautiful church: Church of Saint Joseph 'al Trionfal' .The hotel overall is a good value.

The location was great…a walk to St. Peter’s Square, the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Close to the Metro for everything else The Hotel was small and disappointing…the room was small and certain areas were dusty. It felt like one step up from a Hostel and was attached to a church. It didn’t look like the pictures at all. But, we were only staying 2 nights pre-cruise, so we dealt with it. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and the same each day. Some items were strange. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, except for one guy (mostly worked at night and had bangs, don’t know his name) but he was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. If we ever went back to Rome, we would try someplace else.

Cosy hotel, convenient location and just next to St Joseph Minor Basilica, walking distance to Vatican as well as the Metro - Ottaviano San Pietro station. Hotel's housekeeping staff friendly and kept the room clean daily, restaurant staff friendly and helpful a cosy family atmosphere. Food delicious. Front office friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel for a blessed pilgrimage, daily morning mass next door Church of Saint Joseph 'al Trionfale', have buffet breakfast included in hotel to start each day pilgrimage, walkable to Vatican City, and finished each day with dinner included in hotel.
