바티칸 박물관 바로 앞에 있어서 돌아다니기 편했습니다. 저녁 비행기였는데 짐도 보관해 주고 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 다만 가장 가까운 지하철역에 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐을 가지고 온다면 주변 버스 정류장이나 택시를 이용할 것을 권합니다.

바티칸 박물관 들어가기 너무 좋아요 코앞이라 동네도 조용했고, 오타비아노? 메트로와도 가까워서 테르미니에서 오기도 편했구요

바티칸 방문 예정이면 꼭 후보에 넣어야할 호텔
코너만 돌면 나오는 박물관 입구, 바로 앞이 아니어서 오히려 덜 시끄러운 게 좋다. 직원분들이 모두 미안할 정도로 친절하셔서 편했던 것 같음. 조금 걸어서 나가면 나보나 광장 중심으로 여기저기 보기도 좋다. 다만 시설은 어디까지나 3성급이니 너무 많이 바라진 말 것.

바티칸 입장하는 문까지 호텔에서 2분정도면 갈수있어서 바티칸과 그주변 관광하기는.최고네요 조식무료였고 직원들도 친절함

Erinomainen sijainti, rauhallinen huone ylimmässä kerroksessa näkymällä Vatikaaniin päin. Superystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneeseen järjestyi vedenkeitin ym. ilman lisämaksua, vaikka ne eivät olleet varsinaisena varustuksena. Aamiainen italialaisittain ihan ok, oli tomaattia, munia ja leikkeleitä, mysliä, laktoositon maitokin järjestyi.

The location was perfect with the hotel literally being a 30 second walk away from the Vatican Museum and about 10 mins away from St Peter's Basilica. The staff were so helpful and polite and provided great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, budget friendly, clean room and friendly staff. The location is perfect. It’s right next to The Vatican, restaurants, laundry and grocery. I will definitely book a room there again.

Perfect Location near metro and just steps from Vatican Museums entrance. Clean, comfortable and super nice staff. From the check in to check out. Only downside: for two nights in a row from 11:00pm to 2:00am there were kids, fights between rooms and opening and slamming doors. We understand that hotels have different guests and you don’t know if you are going to have that bad luck, but it was terrible… Hope you don’t have the bad luck we did…

Underbart litet hemtrevligt hotell. Vi anlände från flygplatsen med buss till Roma Termini (centralstationen), därifrån är det väldigt lätt att ta tunnelbanan (linje A) till hotellet. I området rör sig mycket turister men det är tryggt, ordnat och städat. Personalen på hotellet är väldigt serviceminded och trevliga. Vi fick checka in gratis några timmar i förväg samt förvara vårt bagage hos dem efter utcheckning utan extra kostnad. Frukost ingår ej, gör att köpa till men det finns många restauranger runtomkring som också serveras helt ok frukost. Detta hotell rekommenderas både pga närheten till Vatikanen, de goda förbindelserna samt den fantastiska personalen.

Long weekend in Rome
Three night stay. Very positive and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Location for Vatican was perfect, about 250m to museum entrance. Lobby and breakfast areas were small but never crowded.

Disappointing stay
Except for the location and friendliness at the reception desk, it was a very disappointing experience. The shower was clogged and full of hair residues, room service came at 5:00 pm one day to get the room done, breakfast was very dissapointing and the breakfast room/facilities very unconfortable and outdated. Sadly, I would not reccomend the place.

Brilliant location for Vatican , ottavio metro 5 mins walk handy for getting around , the city and all locations to visit , hotel clean and friendly, great for short stays to the city and a safe location . Had an enjoyable stay

Location, Hotel, Location. What better place to start sighting, Vatican City across the Road, short walk to St Peters. This is my second visit to The Hearth Hotel. It is the care and attention, the friendliness of all the staff that will bring me back again. I'm in a wheelchair, the building is really old and not so easy for the wheelchair. With humour I say the lift chooses its own pace, usually snail paced, but it always got me to the floor. If you want real Italian food- across from the Hotel is a great place with vibrant staff and good food. Thank you all at the Hearth Hotel for making may stay so sucessful. Your Hotel derserves support in these Covivd times, Michael UK

-very friendly service -breakfast quite ok (a second bread option besides white toast bread could be nice (though we might be biased from our homeland)) with good coffee -location next to the entrance of the vatican museum and with bus and metro good connection to the east side of the tiber (where most attractions are)

Tuve una mala experiencia en este hotel. Debido a que me robaron una jacket de mi habitación. Y fue imposible que el staff del hotel diera respuesta de lo que había sucedido. No mostraron ningún interés por la situación lo cual consideró que es penoso.

Former Monastery in the heart of Rome
So many positive things. The staff at the hotel was fabulous. The location was perfect if you are visiting the Vatican and surrounding area. The fact that it was once a monastery was really cool. The room was immaculate and spacious. The place is newly renovated and the rooms where quite lovely. Breakfast was included and charming. Incredible value! Highly recommend.

Lovely family run business, steps from the Vatican. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable although not particularly decorated. Gracious friendly service and extensive breakfast offerings. Right around the corner from one of our very favorite restaurants - La Locanda Di Pietro, friendly service and outstanding food.
