Location is excellent. 10 minute walk to most tourist sites. Taxi rank and bus stop outside. Staff were very friendly and Erika gave some great food recommendations

Clean rooms and good service
Staff was helpful and nice. Our room faced the main road but noise level was acceptable. Shower a little hard to use as they only have half of the stall covered so you are afraid to get the whole bathroom wet.
Very clean hotel, easy late night self check in instructions. Staff super friendly! I like how far you can pull two beds apart. Slightly larger beds than usual for double bed rooms. Close location to Termini. We enjoyed our stay and there is also a fridge!
3 night stay in the heart of Rome. We could walk to the Coloseum, Spanish Steps and many nearby restaurants.

I had issues with mold in the bathroom. It was visible in the walls. They would clean it daily but it would pop up immediately after since there is no ventilation (it was already there the day I arrived). This requires mold remediation. I’ve seen several complains about the same issue and from the pictures I can tell it’s room 17. I also saw unpleasant responses from the person managing their reviews account always blaming the guest so this is concerning.
Otherwise, the front desk ladies are very nice, the price for a 3 star hotel in the very centrally location was fair. I was not expecting Ritz Carlton accommodations for this rate but that stinky and unhealthy mold is a problems that requires actual attention. I hope they fix it because everything else is worth the stay.
This hotel has an excellent location and very friendly staff. Unfortunately our room was VERY small, especially for the high price that we paid. I would not stay there again.

Many thanks to Christina for her professional service and over the top helpfulness. It was our first time to Rome and she spent alot of time pointing out the best way to visit the City and in what order, pointing out restaurants and extra experiences along the way. All staff were amazing and look forward to returning soon

Compared to other hotels I stayed during this trip in Venice, Florenece and London this is very average. No breakfast included, the smell of the hotel is old..we stayed in the room next to the reception and it is extremely noise. I had to say the staff very attentive, moreover the lady from Ukraine, very helpful and attentive!
Property had good location, however our room was very dirty and our room had mold. It was very damp and moist. Would not stay here again, luckily we only stayed one night.
The rooms do not look as advertised. Plus the room is in serious need of renovations and proper updates. The showers had mold and the lack of daylight just feels depressing. The one good thing they have going for them is the great welcoming service we received from Cristina in the front desk. If it wasn’t for her help this hotel would have been a complete disaster. Not to mention they still use actual keys for the rooms.
Nice little cozy hotel in a great location. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a big bathroom. Ericka was always nice and friendly; she gave us good recommendations about restaurants and the city. We had a great time staying there.
A great spot in the middle of most of the sights in Rome. Very walkable to the main core but far enough away to enjoy some quiet and not be in the mix of a crazy crowd. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They even contact you on WhatsApp with recommendations of places to eat. I would most definitely stay here again.
The reception desk person (forgot her name) was very helpful and spoke English well.

The staff was courteous. I had brought an adapter for the plugs but it worked for all of 1 minutes while I was drying my hair. The blow dryer they had in the room didn’t work. I thought I had booked a room with 2 beds and there was only one. Just not what I expected.
Our stay was wonderful. Great service and assistance upon our late arrival. Leo helped us find good food and even found us a hotel to stay at to finish our trip. He was always happy to help with all our needs! The room was very clean.
We stayed 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Big room and bathroom with a view to the Palace. It was very clean and neat. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The property has an elevator.
The only thing that was uncomfortable that it wasn’t sound proof and our room was next to the front desk, so we can hear everything outside and vice versa.
