Castel Gandolfo를 둘러보기에 좋은 호텔
체크인부터 리셉션이 너무 친절하고 허니문인 우리를 배려하고 챙겨주는 것이 만족스러웠던 호텔. 방 화장실에 물이 넘쳤는데, 바로 방을 바꿔주고 대처도 빨랐습니다 ㅎㅎ 유일하게 조금 아쉬웠던 것이 있다면 조식입니다.

This is a wonderful hotel with an amazing view of the lake. It was wonderful to open the window and let the cool breeze into the room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great location That little town is beautiful , small and charming Restaurant staff can be rude ( in the village not the hotel ) since it is so busy but still the view and the location is great

Breathtaking views across the lake. Beautiful terrace for breakfast. A lovely, fresh clean atmosphere throughout. Friendly, competent staff. The hotel is a five minute stroll from the centre of Castel Gandolfo.

Spent close to three weeks in this wonderful hotel with breathtaking and idyllic views. All the staff were incredible: Muriel, Luca, Giulia, Lorenzo, Annamaria….. always friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask Maurizio, the ever present, smiling barman for a cocktail or even a coffee. When you’re in the lobby look for the proprietor Stefania, she will share with you the rich history of this area as well as the must-see places. Her passion for the location is contagious. You will make unforgettable memories here.

Not a 4 star hotel. Staff was friendly and usually helpful. Lake view is amazing. Room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but same everyday. Special thanks to egg-men. Really good eggs&bacon. Pool outside was bit trashy but ok anyway. Air condition works fine but freezer was broken. We said that 3 times but no fix. Why not just replace it? I put beers on floor to get them little bit cold. No restaurant. Town nearby (0,5km) was nice, good restaurants and shops. Btw, its not 10min walk to Castel Gandolfo trainstation, it is 20min because Via del lago is closed. Honestly, I can't recommend this hotel with that price.

Lovely Rustic Hotel with Fantastic Views
A very rustic hotel with fantastic views of the lake. This is was especially nice in the morning. Breakfast on the terrace looking out over the water with the sun beaming down. The rooms are dated and do need a little TLC but it did add to the rustic charm of the place. The Restaurant was closed but the reception desk recommended us a few places and the one we picked 5mins walk from the hotel was the best Italian food I've ever had

We were so excited to come to this hotel. It has beautiful views and close enough to Rome. When checking in, we were told that breakfast and dinner is served in their facilities. We asked if we needed to make reservations for dinner, and were told no. Dinner started at 7:30 p.m. We came to the dining room to be informed they do not serve dinner and only do special events. If we had been told ahead of time, we would have made other arrangements and were annoyed as we had an early flight in the morning and didn't feel like going off property to find dining. There is parking, but not a lot, so be aware of this if you rent a car.

Excellent place to stay. The hotel is near a lake, the view is awesome. There is a small town, Castel Gandolfo that we can walk for just 15 minutes to be there. Nice people, very good restaurants and excellence service.

Out of season stay
We visited out of season as an overnight stop before heading to the airport to go home. The Hotel is in a beautiful location and the staff were all very friendly. We had no issues with noise and the room was clean and comfortable. As we visited out of season (start of April) things were little run down, the swimming pool was quite dirty. I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue in summer. The restaurant/bar was also out of service but this didn't matter as there are lots of restaurants and cafes a short walk away.

Bien en règle général mais sans plus
Bon hôtel en règle général. Dommage que le restaurant était fermé car pas en pleine saison. Le petit déjeuner était correct (sans plus). Personnel très agréable et sympatique. Les moins : manque d'insonorité dans les chambres et douche trop petite.

Beautiful place and view. The lakeside rooms had an amazing view. Rooms were pretty basic. A desk and chair would have been nice to have. The staff was very helpful. Tea kettle in the room would have been nice. East walk from a really beautiful town. Very uphill walk from the train station.

Il colpo d'occhio è indubbiamente molto positivo in quanto questa struttura è in una residenza d'epoca con vista sul lago e la colazione è servita in una splendida sala con piscina internerna ed affaccio all'esterno su una terrazza vista lago. La camera in cui ho alloggiato aveva spazi un po' ridotti ma sufficienti, l'arredamento ed il bagno non proprio nuovissimi ma in buono stato di manutenzione. Il centro città ed il Palazzo Apostolico si raggiungono a piedi. Tutto sommato buon compromesso qualità/prezzo.

Sauberkeit der Zimmer 1/10
Das Hotel ist generell sehr hellhörig, was an sich kein Problem darstellt. Allerdings sind die Zimmer wirklich sehr alt vom Interieur. Schimmel an der Decke, dem Fenster und vom Bad möchte ich erst gar nicht reden. Ich übernachte beruflich bedingt circa 180x pro Jahr in Hotels, aber das war wirklich eines der schlimmsten - zumindest was die Zimmer anbelangt. Generell macht das Hotel von außen einen echt guten Eindruck. Das Ambiente ist sehe im Stil der 70er gehalten. Das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick auf den See ist natürlich bombe. Hilft allerdings nicht, wenn die Zimmer furchtbar sind.
