The hotel was excellent for its price and value! It was a close walk to the Colosseum and between 35-40 minutes walk to all the main attractions, which worked out perfect for us. Spacious, clean rooms, modern and clean washrooms and the staff were super helpful during check in and check out and also in between. Would recommend if you’re planning a comfortable base in Rome but don’t want to blow your budget.

A lovely little hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very modern in a very old building. It's located in a working-class, immigrant-rich district an 20-min walk from the Colosseum or 3-min walk from the Metro. Breakfast is buffet but they will also cook you eggs. Recommended.

Our stay was pleasant. It was located close to a metro stop and a 10 min walk to termini station. 10 min walk to colosseum as well. Jason and Brian were my favorite staff members , they were very kind and helpful, they gave us tips and advise about the places we wanted to visit. There are good food options walking distance. Place is small and cute , has options for breakfast and they have a bar area. No elevator but it’s a two story building .

Clean room, No elevator in property, Poorly build door as they make noise all night when opening and closing next room. No access to staff and water area off business hours even front desk is locked up. Morning lady manager seemed bit rude and did not like using cold water tap or tables.

This hotel was walkable to Termini train station and to the Coloseum area. It was not a bad walk to other famaous sites, and was right next to the A line stop which takes you right to all the other sites. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were large. Overall a good value for the price!

Perfect for 24 hours in Rome

Good proximity to Roma Termini. Walkable with luggage if you’re mobile. Service was very good. Reception was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and holding our luggage while we were out. Rooms were clean and spacious and modern. Great location to walk to Coliseum.

Staff here was so friendly. The room was very clean, and had ample space. The breakfast was nice; we stayed 3 nights, but only had breakfast once due to early morning tours. The area felt safe overall. My only complaint is the walls were paper thin. We were able to hear what phone videos the person next door was playing, his phone conversation with his mom, toilet flushing, etc, but he wasn't being loud or rowdy.
