Excellent hotel, very centrally located near Termini station and very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room and a very nice continental breakfast with a large selection of food

Scary ugly outdated uncomfortable hotel
Scary place ... very outdated, old fashion keys, unable to control a/c from bedroom so it is controlled by front desk, front desk closes and does not open until 7:00 a.m., elevator is very scary. The only way to communicate with front desk is via room phone and phone did not work!!!. Ugly hotel ... will definitely NOT recommend.

Poca disponibilità alla receptions. Cassaforte fuori uso, è nonostante la segnalazione nessun intervento. Tutte, 3, prese USB in camera rotte. Bagno rinnovato di buon gusto. Colazione ok. Troppi cartelli in giro attaccati con lo scotch.... 😏

comodissimo vicino alla stazione e alle fermate.
Siamo stati bene. solo la prima notte c'è stato confusione perchè c'erano diversi ragazzi che avevano vinto un premio. il resto dei giorni e notti perfetto. Abbiamo usato il salottino dell'albergo l'ultima sera perchè diluviava, oltre al deposito bagagli. camera pulita e ordinata.

Nightmare in Rome
A lot of drunk teenagers singing in the small lobby and running the stairs during all night… the hotel has no personal working after the midnight to keep the minimum and all the trash containers are located in the lateral entrance, inside the hotel… terrible smell.

Good price and location
Really good location if you want to be near Teminni train station to catch shuttle bus from there to airports or to catch a train to another city.

The hotel needs to be more spacious in movement of people moving around. Water facility must be must.Room is very good with all modern facilities.Television needs to be bigger.

the Location is good, we got three rooms one of them it was like storage( it was too small and beside the stairs so we can't sleep at all) and we asked for another room they answered us with rude " this is what we have " even they didn't try to provide us a better room or any compensation

Francesco a l'accueil le sour etait tres serviable et fort sympathique. Concernant la proprete un peu leger dans les chambres sous le lit notamment et salle de bains les tapis pas changés. Dommage. petit déjeuner copieux cependant. Beaucouo de problème de Wi-Fi.

Nice hotel close to Termini Station
Nice place to stay, breakfast was ok. Room was clean and spacious. Only negative thing was the heating, that could only be regulated by calling the reception and they would switch on the air condition, which we couldn't stand for more than 15 minutes due to the hot, dry air. When switched off, the room would cool down really quick.

Bara två kvarter från stationen, lite sunkigt kvarter, hotellet verkar utspritt, jobbiga korridorer, gick fel flera gånger, rummet kändes lite smutsigt men badrummet helt ok och bra dusch. Frukosten helt ok

De locatie is goed. In een buurt met vele andere hotels en dus de benodigde faciliteiten. Metro en station op loopafstand. Ik had een Superior kamer 2 persoons geboekt. Kreeg een 1 persoons. Vervolgens krijg ik een 2-persoons kamer, blijkt het geen superior maar een zeer gedateerde kamer. Deze wilde ik juist niet. De badkamer was even schrikken, de handoeken lijken net hele dunne theedoeken. Ik heb daarom niet eens gedouched. De verwarming deed het niet, en in december is dat behoorlijk koud. Al met al ben ik slechts 5 uurtjes in de kamer geweest om even te slapen alvorens m'n vlucht, maar dit was zeer onprettig. Het ontbijt zag er wel goed uit! :)

Albergo a due passi dalla stazione termini. Molto soffocante, la stanza troppo piccola, completamente diversa dalla foto del sito. La colazione dovrebbe essere un po' più abbondante perché chi va a fare colazione alle 8.30 rischia di non trovare nulla. Altra pecca è che molte cose della colazione tipo pane a fette non è fresco e con fresco intendo uscito dalla confezione, ma di almeno tre giorni fuori nel cesto. Consiglio vivamente di far scorgare i tubi delle docce, lavandini ecc... E di farle pulire davvero e seriamente le stanze alle donne delle pulizie, che in 5 giorni sotto la scrivania ci stavano i pelucchi e puntualmente dopo le pulizie i pelucchi erano sempre li. Le docce disinfettatele!

Huippu hyvällä sijainnilla siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli. Tyypillinen italialainen aamiainen, tosin tarjolla oli myös sämpylöitä, paahtoleipää, kinkkua ja juustoa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta,, englannilla pärjäsi hyvin. Ilmalämpöpumppu lämmitti hyvin perhehuonetta. Kaikki upeat nähtävyydet joko jalkamatkan päässä tai metrolla ja ratikalla pääsi myös helposti liikkumaan. Voisin mennä uudestaan samaan hotelliin. Me emme etsi matkoillamme kalliita huippuhotelleja,, vaan sopuhintaisia huippu sijainnilla olevia hotelleja.

Rent och fint med två rum och ett fräscht badrum, aircon som funkade och relativt tyst. Prisvärt. Perfekt för fyra personer som inte tänkt vara på hotellet mer än att sova och duscha.

Great customer service!
I stayed at this hotel with two of my friends and we weren't at the hotel much but it was perfect for a night in Rome. The location wasn't super close walking to all the monuments we wanted to see but it was maybe a 7 minute taxi ride. The 24 hour desk service was very convenient and the man at the front drew us up an entire diagram for all the places we should see and how to get there. He was awesome!

Strictly functional room not for everyone
Room had no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan that was very loud and in poor shape. Also ceiling fan was extremely dirty. Bathroom was also very small with toilet basically in the shower like like an RV or boat showers sometimes are. Strictly functional room. Very bare bones. OK if you are only looking for a place to crash for cheap. Not a place you will want to spend time in.

Close to the termini station, within 5 minutes walk reached the hotel. Building is old but compared the price it's okay.

Not worth it.
Check in was difficult as reception had limited to no english which was sort of expected. Room smelt like smoke and bleach. Room was not depicted like online pictures. There was no a/c, television (perhaps it was controlled by the reception?), no wi-fi without extra cost - limited one hour by connecting to nearby network. Walls are extremely thin, could hear neighbours. BEWARE of corners of bed - hit my knees a couple of times. Room is also extremely dim.

O hotel tem um bom serviço, fácil de encontrar e com opções de restaurantes barato aos redores. Muito bem localizado, conseguimos ir à pé com bagagem a partir da estação termini. O único problema que tivemos dou com o elevador, o que é meio que comum em Roma, pela própria estrutura dos prédios.
