The room we booked was way smaller than the pics. Like smallest hotel room ever. And then some old blood stains on the mattress cover. Other than that good location good bang for your buck

Great find in a great location in Rome. If you’re looking for a clean room, in a safe hotel with good staff at a good price then I’d recommend here. Rooms are a bit small but would stay here again in Rome.

From the sound of other reviews, it sounds like the Hotel dei Quiriti Suite is a bit of a lottery for whether or not you will have a good experience. I stayed here for 3 nights in August, traveling solo. I should mention that this hotel is located inside a building with several different hotels/apartments, so it was a little difficult finding the check-in location, which is through one of the glass doors on the first floor (or second floor, if you're American). The location was great, just a short walk away from two metro stations, or a medium walk away from the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. There was even a great pizza al taglio spot next to the Ottaviano metro station that I visited multiple times. The room itself was quite big, but the amenities were subpar. The shower head needed a balancing act to use properly, the shower gel unsatisfactory, and the air conditioning unit only made a small difference. The queen-sized bed was just two twin beds pushed together, and I was only given two thin sheets, no comforter or duvet. The room also had a small sofa near the door, which was a nice addition. Overall, I think this hotel was fine for a solo traveler on a short stay. If I visited Rome again, I would likely look elsewhere, and I have a hard time recommending this hotel to others. If you are looking to save money and are willing to roll the dice on a boutique hotel with mixed reviews, then the Hotel dei Quiriti Suites will fit your needs.

Tive um problema com este hotel, pois me deram um quarto com uma banheiro com hidromassagem quase do tamanho do quarto, que seria de 13m2, logo não tinha espaço para mala e para andar. Tive um problema horrivel com banheiro, cheiro de fosse forte, vazamento da pia e do chuveiro. Busquei suporte da equipe não fizeram nada, ao invés obrigaram que eu estivesse no hotel no horário que eles marcaram para achar uma solução, sendo que estava com um roteiro de passeios prontos. Logo, mesmo com uma criança menor de 12 meses, tive que ficar 05 cinco dias em um quarto com um banheiro sempre molhado pelos vazamentos e um odor insuportável. Localização é muito boa, porém Não recomendo.

I am very satisfied with my decision to go to this hotel. The location is very convenient and walkable. When I needed Uber rides to get around there were typically many drivers nearby and the rides were short to the areas I wanted to go to. The TV channel selection was good and the bed was nice.

The staff - especially the front desk was excellent. We were offered early check-in. The rooms were clean and neat. The side table in one room needs a little TLC - it is very wobbly.

It was an extremely run down hotel in a very dirty part of Rome. There was a begger at the front entrance of the hotel. Booked for 3 nights, only stayed 1. Way to much money for the hotel condition. There was mold in the bathroom and was very dirty.

Nice location, very clean and helpful staff. However, the room (suite) was disappointing. The room could barely fit the double bed and the bathroom was so tiny that you couldn’t open the door all the way. Only soap was offered (no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion). The elevator was tiny and there was no lobby, common area, or in-house dining. Felt more like a guest house. For approximately 700 euros a night, I expected a lot more!

The hotel is extremely expensive for what it offers. It is centrally located but not worth it the $300/night! Never again. The rooms are really small, no night stand, no room for your clothes, very poor use of the space, the bathroom is uncomfortable (the door hits your legs when you are in , the shower door leaks, etc. ). I strongly not recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Hotel dei Quiriti Suite. This property on Via Germanico in the Prati neighborhood is convenient to the Vatican Museum and many excellent restaurants and cafes. Our room and ensuite seemed recently renovated with marble floors and tasteful finishes throughout. It was compact in size but suited for a long weekend getaway. The staff is professional and accommodating, and the property is clean and well-maintained. Initially... we were a little alarmed by the site of graffiti in the neighborhood but during our 4-day stay in October 2023, this (unfortunately) seems prevalent in all popular tourist neighborhoods on both sides of the Tiber River throughout Ancient Rome. Note, the hotel lobby and staff are not located on the ground level but up one floor. There is an elevator for your convenience.

The emergency light came on in our room they tried to tell us it’s normal having a super bright LED turn on at past midnight. Our problem is the gaslighting, lies and attitude we received. I am not writing this review in anger I have been the bigger person but we seen 4 staff members over the night shift and morning. Be warned there is no customer care of service. If something goes wrong. There was other defects in the room like the hairdryer shower and I was afraid to report it incase I was charged. It’s that kind of place.
