This hotel is best avoided; it felt like a dungeon. Our room had an unpleasant smell and was plagued with mold. The surroundings were dated, and the aging AC couldn't adequately cool the room. When we requested a refund, the manager showed a complete lack of concern. Consequently, we decided to leave, incurring a loss of 250 Euro. We hope that Expedia will assist us in resolving this matter.
