Excellent boutique hotel walkable to Spainish Steps, Pantheon. Will need a cab for the Vatican. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any issues left them know right away, we didn’t have any. Breakfast is included.

This hotel is well very situated, 3 minute walk to Spanish steps and Shopping, less than 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Vatican City is 40-45 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants. (Thank you Fabriu) Room was clean and well appointed with a/c and mini fridge. Breakfast was continental style with various breads, croissants, cheese and fruits. Expresso, Cappuccino and other drinks available. We stayed 4 nights and would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Gregorianna.

My stay at Hotel Gregoriana in Rome was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and many of Rome's most famous attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with recommendations, directions, and any questions we had. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing place to return to after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights was the charming atmosphere of the hotel, which combines classic Roman character with modern comfort. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, offering a great start to each day. I would highly recommend Hotel Gregoriana to anyone visiting Rome. Its outstanding location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations made our trip even more memorable.
