별관은 본관에서 먼 호텔
별관이 역에서 멀었지만 커피포트도 말하면 빌려주고 깔끔하던 호텔. 수건을 이틀에 한번씩 갈아주어 조금 불편했다. 별관에서 아침 먹을때 건너편 건물의 식당에서 크로와상과 커피를 주는데 커피맛이 아주 좋았다. 다만 다소 어수선하고 북적여서 편안하지는 않았다.

좋은위치 친절한직원
찾아가는게 좀 어려웠지만 역에서 가깝고 편안한 숙소 였습니다. 직원분들도 친절했고 룸 컨디션도 좋았어요 그런데 침대는 더블이 아니라 싱글 두개 붙여 둔거였어요 ㅋㅋ 그래도 혼자라 딱히 불편하지는 않았습니다.

가성비로써는 만족스러운 곳
사이트에서 안내한 위치가 아니라 좀더 북쪽으로 5분거리에 위치한 숙소이며 bnb형식으로 안내를 해주었습니다. 가격이 원체 저렴한지라 숙소도 좁고 욕실도 좁았지만 가성비로써는 매우 만족스럽습니다. 인근에 관공서가 있는지 군인들이 보초를 섰기에 해가 졌어도 불안하지 않았습니다.

깔끔한 숙소
객실 내부 및 화장실이 깨끗합니다. 수건은 3박마다 교체를 해주는 점은 불편합니다. 추가요청시 추가요금이 부과됩니다. 테르미니역에서 3분거리이며 굉장히 가까운곳에 위치합니다. 옆방 화장실 사용하는 물소리가 크게 들리는 단점이 있습니다.

로마 테르미니역과 5분 거리+짱짱 친절하셨던 직원분^-^
로마 테르미니역에서 내려 3분정도 거리에 호텔이 위치해있어 찾아가기 편리하였습니다. 호텔에 들어가는 순간 친절하신 주인분이 저희를 반겨주셨습니다. 호텔 주인분의 친절함 덕분에 체크인 하는 순간부터 기분이 너무 좋았습니다. 또한 제가 예약한 객실에는 에어컨이 있지 않고 선풍기 1대만 있어서 선풍기 1대를 더 제공해주실수 있냐고 여쭤보았더니 너무나 친절하게 대답을 해주시고 선풍기를 1대를 더 가져다 주셨습니다. 덕분에 시원하게 객실에서 생활할 수 있었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하였고 침대 또한 깨끗하고 푹신하였습니다. 화장실 또한 넓고 깨끗하였습니다. 아아아!! 그리고 조식 역시 공짜로 제공되어 든든한 아침을 먹을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔은 주인분의 친절함 덕분에 로마에 다시 놀러가게 된다면 다시 한번 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다. 그러나 여름에 가신다면 꼭 에어컨 있는 객실로 예약하시길 바랍니다!!!!!

This hotel was originally apartment building so the lay-out is what it is and one can see it immediately, narrow corridors and super small rooms. Everything was really clean and all in good working condition. Balcony was nice extra feature.It's kind of low end hotel but like said all was clean and good condition and friendly personnel. But the rooms are really small and shower size is a joke. Me being normal size person I had difficulties to get in and take a proper shower. Someone a larger person could not fit in.

建物自体はとても古そうですが、お部屋やホテル自体は綺麗ですし、スタッフの方がとても良い方でした。ローマ市内の観光スポットや行き方について地図を使って丁寧に説明してくださったり、24時間対応のWhatsAppも使えました。レスポンスも迅速でした。ドライヤーの圧力がとても弱かったです。

We stayed in the superior room with the balcony for 5 nights. The staff at the hotel was kind and spoke English very well. The location of the hotel is good since it’s close to the Roma Termini station where one can easily take the subway or train. As for the room, we didn’t find it pleasing. The bed sheets were stained and occasionally had someone else’s hair in them. The ”towels” were not changed every day. The soundproofing of the room was terrible: our room was next to the reception where we could hear everything. In addition, the balcony was very modest and the view was uninspiring. The breakfast was served at a café nearby. I think the staff there could have been more friendly and welcoming towards us. The breakfast included one hot or cold drink and a pastry. Overall, we would not stay in this hotel again.

I was very disappointed! Breakfast is 2 blocks away with a voucher for a hot beverage & a roll! There is no lobby! On the 5th floor there is a rude attendant! The elevator needs mayor cleaning! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

L’hôtel est pratique car à proximité de la gare et il est très bien situé. Le personnel est chaleureux convivial. Sinon niveau de la chambre, elle est petite, literie laisse à désirer (matelas pas confortable), murs pas isolés, les essuies ne sont pas changés. C’est un hôtel de passage.

Hôtel simple, très bien situé et tranquille.
Super séjour dans cet hôtel avec un accueil convivial et en français. Chambre très propre, ménage tous les jours. Situé prêt de la gare central Termini avec les accès aux bus et métros. Je le recommande pour des jeunes gens, personnes d'affaire de passage ou bien personnes souvent en extérieur et avec un budget restreint. J'y retournerai forcement. Forza Roma !

Perfect service
Due to COVID19 we were given another hotel. The similar rank hotel. The hotel manager Cristiano was very helpful and customer oriented. The hotel location is perfect. All sightseeing places are within walkable distance. There is nice restaraunt in the same building.

Not suitable for younger kids and Family
Firstly, to be honest i did not enjoy the stay as we had received some difficulty with the receptionist about the booking and number of people staying in the rooms as the law was "different". We booked for 2 adults and three kids and we have another child under 12 which is free as its the international law but they refused to let us in and made us pay extra 65 euro for another room far away from the current hotel, which resulted us into splitting the family into two different buildings. Secondly, i would like to mention how un safe the elevator is, as my kids are young and the door is not secure as it should be, and it could result into someone in the future getting hurt also. I hope you understand my situation as i and my family wanted to enjoy our holiday humbly but unfortunately we received a lot of stress from the hotel about our stay in the hotel, Thank you.

Once again, I copy and paste for you our policies directly from Expedia website: Optional extras: The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 5.0 per night Extra bed fee: EUR 25.0 per night You need to know: Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. The above information’s has been patiently explained to you several times at the check in, furthermore we have showed you the policies on Expedia website. You’ve called Expedia Operator’s several times because you didn’t agree to pay not even 1 extra bed and you required to stay all the 7 of you in one quadruple room without paying any extra. Off course Expedia operator’s they were not agree to cover for you the other 3 guests not included in the prepaid reservation, why they should pay for you? They didn’t make anything wrong with your 1-night booking. Furthermore they have also called us in front of you and they kindly declined your “weird request” more than once because you have called them over 3 times! No one recognize your mentioned “international law” that allow children up to 13 yo to stay for free in the Hotels. Mr. Rizwanullah booking 1 quadruple room and showing up in 7 guests without giving any notice at the Hotel it could happen, plans can change any time off course; what is very unusual is keeping standing over an hour at the reception and claiming that you shouldn’t pay for any extra, pushing us to check in 7 guest in one room anyway, which is forbidden by the Italian Authorities by the way. My suggestion for your future trips, as you’re always traveling in 7 guests, why don’t you just book 2 rooms? For sure you would have less stress and difficulties for yourself and for your large family too; I’m sure, not only us, but all the Hotels around the world will appreciate that! O hotel fica localizado apenas no quinto andar de um edifício cuja, faixada, entrada e áreas comuns são muito antigas e feias, com um elevador que dava medo de usar. Já o hotel, já no quinto andar, é arrumadinho, limpo e com cara de hotel. Quanto ao quarto é muito simples, mas estava dentro do esperado para um hotel 1 estrela. A reclamação fica por conta do pó nas cortinas e colcha da cama que nos causou rinite alérgica. O café da manhã que pagamos não é no hotel, mas sim em um restaurante próximo com direito a um croissant é um café. Não vale a pena pagar a estadia com café da manhã. O atendimento foi maravilhoso, os funcionários são muito gentis e solícitos. Nos deram uma pequena aula indicando locais legais, opções de transporte público para o hotel e pontos turísticos. Além de disponibilizarem um frigobar na recepção para os hóspedes. E no réveillon nos deixaram uma garrafa de espumante no quarto como cortesia. A localização é muito boa, próximo a metrô, termini, supermercado.

As tourists from Canada, this was our first hotel and stop visiting rome, the receptionist was really friendly and went through the map of Rome and recommended where to go and how to get there exactly, offered us complimentary breakfast and recommended REbasilico restaurant which had absolutely amazing staffs and importantly food! Highly recommend this hotel for a great place to visit with all the accommodative needs within the suite! Great spacing very adjustable

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good and the price was inexpensive. The downside is that the walls were thin so I could hear a lot from the surrounding rooms. Some people were up late and kept me up.

Hissen är i dålig skick/gammal; Entré/hallen är väldig trång finns ingen utrymme för att sitta eller gå bredvid någon/resväska; både madrasser och kuddar är hårda att man har svårt att sova, vaknat med ont i kroppen,Terrassen är liten och smutsig. Frukost (kaffe/juice, croissant) ska man äta två kvarter därifrån i ett litet bar/café där värden går runt bordet stupet kvart för att små plocka när man inte ens är färdig och man kan inte ”äta” i lugn och ro...tyvärr rekommenderas inte, det stod tre stjärnor på hotellet något som inte stämmer alls på stället.

El personal fue muy amable, cuando llegamos a hacer check in, nos dijeron que nuestra habitación estaba en otro lugar, mandándonos a 6 cuadras, cuando la razón de esa reserva era que íbamos a salir en la madrugada de la estación de trenes. La cama muy incomoda y no asearon bien la habitación.

Rome visit - cheap clean accommodation
A little confusing initially in locating the hotel (it’s inside another hotel on the 5th floor) the actual hotel we stayed at is a few streets away from the location however we were escorted there & explained how to enter & exit the rooms. Surrounding area have a lot of food options & walking distance to main train bus area. However streets are dirty & littered with overflowing bins & rubbish. Can be a bit difficult with the uneven cobblestone paths taking your suitcase but manageable. There is a phone which can be used 24 hrs to contact reception at the hotel should you need anything, they were also helpful with maps & any other enquires. Rooms are basic but clean & comfortable.

Stayed here Aug 2 -5 2019 with wife and 2 children. True Rome experience with a vintage elevator to get up to 5th floor. Don't expext luxury or lots of space but room was clean and staff was welcoming and helpful. Considering cost, I do recommend. The included breakfast is at a cafe one block away and includes a coffee and cornetto per person.
