Dear Alice ,we are sorry if we were unable to give you the room when you arrived ( mid morning ) .Check in starts at 3 pm and it’s written in each confirmation .We also have some of the rooms ( Superior , suite and executive rooms ) having priority check in ;this is valid for this kind of rooms only .We regret to know you did not like the room given on the first floor . ; if you disliked the room it wasn’t said to us while you were here .Next time please talk to the front desk assisting guests 24hours .Also if you saw some other nicer pictures of the Hotel rooms it’s because as told , we have Superior , suite and executive rooms ( not all rooms are alike ) Finally , price paid for breakfast could have been much cheaper if you were buying it in advance .Breakfast that we also serve is not comparable with the 8 paid in a caffetteria for a cappuccino & Croissant .As you well Know there is a large buffet with hot & cold dishes , fresh pastries , daily cakes and much more .We all hope you appreciate more our Property for your next visit .Best regards ,Hotel Metropolis

Dear Sir ,We regret to know you did not enjoy your stay at Our Property. On the other hand the Property is classified as a 4 star Hotel by the Italian Tourism Industry and has a modern look style as confirmed by reviews of other Guests .The Housekeeping is also on duty 7 days a week and cleaning is always well accurated and checked by the Supervisor We are happy to confirm that all rooms have new mattresses and bugs and other flies can comeIn the room if leaving the window open , specially during the summer ( This was also explained before the change of the room ) . For your information the lights on the door are part of the security safe devises to prevent firesor electrical criticism ( as for of modern buildings ) .If you found some roads not cleaned , you please send an official complain to the Counsil of Rome ( it’s not the Hotel fault for sure ) . The garage is not belonging to us either .Bests ,Sabrina

Dear Dmitry , Thank you for having chosen our Property for your stay . We would like to remind you that we did inform you upon arrival that the lack of WIFI was due because of the Thunderstorm we had in the past few days . The wifi cable of the Whole area around us has been completely damaged . That situation then is not under our control and we are sorry if the couldn't offer the WIFI Service . We aldo did not have any complain about the room you were in. Why you did not talk to reception about it ?We hope you will come back again for offering you a more pleasant stay . Best wishes , Sabrina
