주변에 백화점, 마트 등 가까워 이용하기 편리하고 엘리베이터가 있어 짐을 옮기는 데에도 용이하였습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절하였고, 전기포트가 방에 없으나 요청하여 사용할 수 있었습니다. 조식도 종류별로 다양하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 버스나 지하철과 거리가 있습니다.(멀지는 않았습니다. 도보 5분내외)

바티칸여행시 이동거리가 가까웠습니다.
전반적으로 한국의 오래된 모텔 수준입니다. 침대와 책상 그리고 욕실 TV, 매우작은 냉장고 정도입니다. (커피메이커는 없습니다.) 바티칸은 가깝고 테르미니역에서도 그리 멀지 않은 장소입니다. 저렴한 가격으로 여행시에 적합한듯 합니다. (잠만 자실분들은 적당할듯합니다.)

A lovely hotel with excellent friendly helpful staff. The hotel decor is extremely nice but our twin bedded room was very small and basic. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, a large TV with no english speaking channels and the only mirror is in the bathroom. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace with a bar to sit on and serves an excellent breakfast. The hotel is in an really good area with a great selection of restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. Also very easy to get around the City with the Metro nearby.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war in den Innenhof und sehr ruhig. Das Hotel liegt unweit des Vatikan. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Straße gibt es einige Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt.

Drains in the shower and washbasin were clogged, the staff didn’t put soap in the bathroom in three days, breakfast was not good, elevator was out of service and with many stairs to climb and heavy luggage to carry it sometimes can be challenging For the price they should improve the installations

Dear Alvaro,I'm really sorry that you did not like our hotel, it never happenedthat the drains in the shower and washbasin cannot be clogged all together, in a maintenance operator who solves this kind of issues immediately. Concerning the soap you should have watched inside the drawer, we always put a double set inside. Für kurzfristige Buchungen mit Fragen vorab eher ungeeignet. Ich bin spät Abends in Rom gelandet und hatte mich erkundigt wie es dann um den checkin steht. Da angegeben ist checkin bis 0 Uhr aber rund und die Ihr besetzte Rezeption. Suf meine Anfrage wurde erst nach 1..2 Tagen, wie ich bereits vor Ort war reagiert. Gute Lage, Vatikan und auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer schlicht und mit dem wichtigsten Ausgerüstet, schönes/angenehmes Bad.

Sempre un hotel a dovere questo!!
Anche se solo per una notte, di certo questo hotel non si puo dare una recensione negativa. La camera assegnata è comoda, spaziosa, con letto comodo. Un paio di cose da vedere sono l'illuminazione scarsa all'ingresso dove c'e la cassaforte e le cruccette per gli abiti e poi le sedie del tavolino che sono piu scomode delle sedie convenzionali. Di certo queste 2 cose non abbassano la mia opinione sul giudizio della camera e in generale dell'hotel. Come al solito, un hotel che merita questo.

This was my families third time choosing to stay at Hotel Relais dei Papi. It is a nice place, friendly staff, great rooftop to relax on at the end of your day exploring. We will be returning again in 2024 and considered trying somewhere else just for variety but decided to just stick with where we know we will be treated right.

Decent accomodation centrally placed! The bed was kinda worn out and one of the towels were dirty. But the location was good close to the subway and apart from the above the room was clean and the AC worked.

Una camera? Un paradiso!
Ritornato nella camera piu lussuosa dell'hotel, ottima sistemazione, con la vasca idromassaggio è veramente il top. Un paio di cose da rivedere sono nel bagno: la prima è la porta della doccia che non era nella guida e bisogna fare attenzione ad aprirla o chiuderla, la seconda invece è il pulsante per la doccia in alto e quella piccola che non funziona bene e bisogna tenerlo premuto per usare la doccia piccola se no si puo solo usare la doccia dall'alto. Per il resto, solo che un piacere prendere questa camera. La colazione come sempre, è eccezionale. Consigliato a chiunque. Poi la sera stare in terrazza a gustarsi una birra ammirando il panorama della Basilica di S. Pietro, è unica.

Great hotel
Great stay overall, clean room, helpful staff and perfect location. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the rooftop terrace, which has a bar on an evening, offering excellent views of Vatican City!

Very spacious for the 5 of us. Each kid had their own beds. Everything was modern. The cleaners did amazing job everyday. Shower was relaxing. Enough conditioning for all the rooms. Better view of the vatican city from the terrace. The only issues, water did not drain fast in both showers and breakfast was not complimentary.

Great stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great rooftop patio we used every night to wind down. Nice little breakfast. The padded cloth wallpaper in the rooms is due to be changed but all in all we were happy.

Muy agradable y recomendable
Hotel básico situado en Prati, lejos de las zonas muy concurridas a las que llegas con un paseo muy agradable. Cerca del Vaticano. Muy buena atención. Muy buena atención y trato por parte de todo el personal. Terraza muy atractiva en la azotea. Lo hemos visitado en varias ocasiones y nos resulta muy cómodo aunque las habitaciones no son muy grandes y no hay zonas comunes donde poder estar fuera de la habitación. Muy recomendable.

The description and pictures are not depicting the reality. In reality, everything is smaller than expected. The breakfast is ok but not exceptional. There is no bar and the music is too loud on the roof terrace. The receptionist feels very fast overwhelmed. This is not adapted to families with young kids.

Nice small hotel with good location and nice roof terrasse, but with a bit uncomfortable bed, noisy room close to reception and dining room, small shower with poor water pressure and crowded dining room. Breakfast was however inexpensive and service was good. Hotel rating more 2.5.

Nice Hotel, but needs some improvements
Front desk is very helpful. Convenient location near great restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to the Vatican. 7 minute walk to the train. Roof top is very nice. Negatives: Bed is very firm. Hot tub needed some repairing. It works well, but a stopper at the bottom came out, plus there's a leak from one of the faucets. We paid for the deluxe room to get the hot tub, but I would likely not do this again for the price. The shower also had poor water pressure.

This hotel is in a fabulous location - very close to the Vatican City, easy to get across to the tourist locations however far enough out that it is peaceful and has some good value, good food restaurants. The hotel doesn’t have a bar but has a make shift vending machine to buy reasonably priced drinks to take onto the phenomenal roof terrace. Rooms are very funky and large and the breakfast is good. Would stay again - could not be faulted for the value.

Questa camera è davvero il top! Con vasca idromassaggio, è il relax dopo il lavoro. La camera è confortevole. Anche se la vista è sull'interno, ma il panorama è la vasca con le luci che cambiano colore. Relax totale e benessere.
