The shower stall was extremely small and the bidet was right in front of the shower stall. It was little uncomfortable showering.

O atendimento do Pedro foi muito bom, nos deu todas as dicas. Os outros funcionários muito atenciosos também. Hotel muito bem localizado. Só a cama de cima do beliche era muito pequena.

beautiful old building, convenient to local dining and exploration but short walk to major sites and shopping. Great hosts and we will stay there again for out next Rome trip

Fabulous!
Hotel Trastevere was fabulous! The breakfast was perfect - great cappuccino, croissants (4 different kinds), meats, cheeses and hard boil eggs. The best part of the Hotel are the people who work there - in particular Guilia, Elina and Amandus! They go above and beyond! The location is perfect - lots of places to eat close by but also within walking distance of all the sites. We will stay here again and recommend to anybody going to Rome.

The location is wonderful. The area comes alive at night and is surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Our experience with staff was always good as well.

The best service we've ever had.
The hotel staff was amazing. The entire staff were courteous, attentive, and caring. Pedro went above and beyond our expectations. The room was great. The location was great. The breakfast (croissants, meats, cheese, yogurt, toast, fruit, and cereal) was abundant. The cappuccino, coffee, and espressos capped the breakfast. We will stay here every time we visit Rome.

Third stay! Love this area!
Nice hotel in the heart of Trastevere! Friendly, professional, courteous and helpful staff. Simple, clean and comfortable room. Close to all restaurants. Can easily walk over the Tiber river to many historic sights. Easy 25 minute walk to St. Peter’s square!

La atención es muy buena. Los dueños te atienden todo el tiempo y están al pendiente de hacerte sentir como en casa. El hotel es sencillo, pero no necesitas más! Lo recomiendo. Es limpio y amplio el cuarto y baño. Esta muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la catedral de trastevere. Me volvería a quedar ahí

Hotel Staff is Lovely
All the staff at Hotel Trastevere are wonderful! They always made me feel at home and were very helpful answering questions and calling taxis, etc. As a tip, in advance, book your car from the airport through them. I was too late to get a ride in, but did book a ride back to the airport. the cost is 52 Euros and well worth it as the flat rate for taxis is 50 and they always try to get more. One thing to beware of is the noise level late at night, especially on Friday and Saturday as the area is full of bars and restaurants frequented by young people. The bed was comfortable. The shower was small You might want to bring your own sea sponge or buff puff. The air conditioner does not get super cool, but the nights were cool enough with the window open. The area is very walkable and it's easy to walk across the river to the old Jewish Ghetto where the food is really excellent! Breakfast was great! Selection of bread, croissants, cereals, ham, salami, cheeses, butter, jams, Nutella, juices, hard boiled eggs, and coffee made to order.

Super trevlig vistelse, personalen supertrevlig, väldigt hjälpsamma så att vi skulle hinna se med så mycket så möjligt, hjälpte till att hitta biljetter till sevärdheter, serviceminded, vänliga och glada. The location is perfect for walking to the major tourist attractions. The hotel's biggest asset and selling point, is their staff. They were cheerful, hospitable and kind, going out of their way to make sure you felt at home and taken care of. From the receptionist to the housekeepers, they were the absolute best staff!

Budget hotel with friendly staff.
The staff, particularly Julia, was wonderful. Made us feel at home. We really enjoy Trastevere and the hotel is situated to take advantage of that.

This property was so conveniently located to explore all of Trastevere. The Hotel Manager, whose name starts with an “a” was terrific. He had such good recommendations and spoke perfect English. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I would return to this place any time!

The beauty of this hotel is in its location. It's extremely walkable to the main sites of Rome and around Trastevere where there is great options for food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was old but clean, and looked out onto a cute piazza - but without being loud at all. Unfortunately we did find a (live) cockroach in our room as we were heading to sleep - which caused concern. That being said, we alerted staff and they were both surprised and responsive to the concern. Overall, it is a reasonable place to rest your head at night and the location makes it worth it, but it's far from a 5-star experience.
