장점: 메일을 확인하지 못하고 호텔에 도착해서 문앞에서 전화했는데 바로 와서 체크인해줌. 숙소 방문 앞에 작은 부엌같은 공간이 있고 시리얼 식빵 잼 등 알아서 챙겨먹을 수 있는 음색이 구비되어 있다. 단점: 호텔스 닷컴 지도상 위치가 잘못되어 있다. 밑에 주소는 맞다. 지도 보고 선택하면 안된다. 어린 아이가 있고 여행 마지막날 투어를 하고 공항으로 가야하는 상황이라 7-10분 거리의 저렴하고 새로 리모델링된 숙소대신 ㅇㄹbike나라 투어만나는 장소에서 2-3분 거리이며 조식이 포함된 이숙소를 조금 더 지불하고 선택. 하지만 조식은 8시가 되어야 크로아상등 제대로 된 식사를 제공받을 수 있음. 숙소가 예상했던 것보다 멀어진 덕분에 우린 좀더 이른 7:30분에 숙소에서 나와야했기에 그냥 식빵 시리얼 우유등 있는 것으로 먹고 나와야했고 아이와 함께 조금 더 걸어야했다. 욕실의 샤워부스는 개선이 필요하다. 샤워가 끝나갈때쯤엔 발등 중간높이까지 물이 고일 정도로 물이 빠지지 않으며 아랫쪽에 실리콘은 곰팡이인지 검게 변색이 되어 있고 수채구멍운 녹이 슬어있다.

로마 테르미니역에서 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 거리에 있으며, 지역이 나름 번화가 근처라 안전한 지역이었습니다. 아침에 간단하게 차려진 조식으로 아침마다 일찍 나가야하는 여행객에게는 간단하게 식사하기에 좋은 조건이었습니다(은근히 로마에서 아침을 해결할 수 있는 카페 찾기가 어려웠어요). 아파트 내 B&B지만 현지인 같은 체험을 원하시는 분에게는 괜찮은 숙소인 것 같습니다.

1. 호텔이 아니고 b&b라서 관리직원이 없습니다. 서비스에 대한 피드백은 기대하지 마세요. 체크아웃 당일날 연락이 안되서 굉장히 고생했습니다. 참고로 저는 가족여행이라서 호텔인줄 알고 연락했습니다. 2. 호텔스닷컴에 있는 메인 사진은 호텔이 아닌 건너편의 관공서 입니다. 실제 호텔은 건너편의 허름한 빌딩입니다. 사기 치시면 안되죠. 저도 호텔외관이 멋져서 예약했는데 크게 당황했습니다. 이용자를 속이는 짓입니다. 사진 바꾸세요.

가격대비 훌륭한 숙소
로마 떼르미니역과 도보로 약10~15분 정도 떨어져 있는 곳으로 가격대비 숙소 컨디션은 우수한 편이다. 최초 숙소를 예약하면서 결제관련 이슈가 있어 숙소 스태프와 메일을 주고받을일이 있었는데 바로바로 친절한 답변을 주었고, 숙소입구에서 해메다 직원에게 들어가는 방법을 모르겠다고 연락을 하니 바로 나와 안내를 해주었다. 남자직원의 친절함이 어마무시한곳이다. 근처 걸어다니면서 구경하기도 좋고 근처에 버스정류장이 있어 대중교통을 이용하기도 편하다.

Check in information was provided, but conflicting information provided. When we checked in, we realised it's almost like a dorm setup, with seperate rooms off a joint kitchen foyer area. The room was clean, shower wasn't great - not hot or strong. The television also doesn't work properly when changing channels. Safe provided, but we kept our valuables with us. No new towels provided for our 3 days there. Night before check out, a person we've never seen told us the information and asked for a higher city tax than what was on my documents/online for Rome, so again conflicting information. Lift didn't work half the time. Breakfast was a decent little spread of croissants, eggs and ham slices. Overall, a decent location, but for the price, better off spending more to go somewhere safer/more communication.

Thank you for sharing your opinion with us!The hot water in the showers of our rooms is provided through a water heater that takes a minute or two to provide the right temperature and pressure.Our televisions get checked and maintained regularly and work properly, we are sorry you didn't contact us so that we could check and solve the issue for you.In our structure we make up the rooms daily and change all linels and towels every two days and if a guest wants them changed everyday they just need to ask and with a little extra payment we will accomodate their request.Regarding the city tax it is specified during the booking phase that the municipality of Rome requires all accommodation facilities to make all tourists pay this tax which price depends on the categorization of the structure.Our structure is a guest house of category 1 and therefore we are required to ask our guest 7 per person per night.The lift in our building works perfectly, but sometimes people forget that the inside doors must be closed when exiting and that's why sometimes it gets stuck.We always provide our guests with all the information needed and have a whatsapp number where we always reply for any guests' need.Have a nice day!

My son and I stayed at this location at the beginning and end of our trip. We had different rooms each time, but both times we were happy with our accomodations. Plenty of outlets, a table to eat. The 'Vaniglia' room had a full/queen and two twins. The a/c was great because it was HOT outside. The rooms were quiet. The 'Cannella' room had a kitchenette. The building is a quick walk from the train station, and a reasonable walk to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colliseum, and the Vatican. Your stay will have 4 measures of security. One key code exterior door, another key code interior door, an elevator ride up to the floor, an electronic key fob to unlock the door to the suite, and a regular key for your room. They serve the closest thing to an American breakfast you will find. They served eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal (I think) and different bread/pastries. They also have a coffee maker. I would definately stay her again.

This is not a hotel. It’s a guest house. You are sent information how to enter building and find the place. There is no front desk. Owner was very nice and room was clean but very dated, and it would be helpful if the description stated more clearly what it is.

Itse paikka oli oikein kiva ja lähellä pääkatua. Sänky oli omaan mieleen todella pehmeä mutta makuasia. Palvelu pelasi mukavasti ja oli ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti. Lämminvesi loppui ekana päivänä aamulla kesken. Perinteinen aamupala (paahtoleipää, kroisantteja, kahvi, jugurttia). Oikein kiva jos ei kaipaa mitään ylellisempää. Vesisateella ulko - ovien koodit eivät toimineet eikä niihin ollut avaimia, joten piti odottaa että joku talon asukkaista sattuisi kulkemaan.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und war immer hilfsbereit. Alles lief insgesamt sehr unkompliziert. Leider ist der Zustand der Dusche nicht mehr der beste und bei genauerem Hinsehen eklig. Die Lage ist für die touristischen Unternehmungen perfekt. Vieles ist leicht und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und die nächsten Metrostationen sind ebenfalls nicht weit.

The location of the property was within the historical area of the city which made sight seeing easy. The property itself was on the fifth floor with a very small elevator as the way up to the room. The room itself was cramped and worn. The room was clean, but the bathroom fixtures and the in-room fridge were broken. The lack of 24 hour service meant we couldn't get any of the many issues resolved.

The AC was powered off and staff said they could not turn it on until summer months regardless of the temperature. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. Expedia did nothing to rectify the problem despite being notified the first day. Would only recommend this property for one night if you utilize the metro since it is so close.
