One night stay
We stayed for one night prior to our flights home. We chose the hotel because of it's relative proximity to Ciampino Airport. We had spent a few days in the middle of Rome and it was nice to get out into the hills surrounding the city. The area around the hotel is mainly residential, but it's a pleasant area. We walked up from Frascati Station which I wouldn't recommend, and the hotel do offer a shuttle service to and from the station. The hotel was bigger than we were expecting and has lots of outside space. We didn't eat at the on site restaurant but wandered down the road to a local restaurant which offered some very nice Italian food, as you'd expect. We did have a drink when we got back to the hotel and they are reasonably priced. The only downsides to our stay were firstly the air conditioning wasn't great in our room, and I woke up at 2am feeling a bit clammy. Only by opening the windows and racking up the air con were we able to get the temperature down. Secondly, we ordered a taxi to the airport via the front desk as it was quite an early flight. The taxi was nearly $10 more expensive than if we'd ordered one from the middle of Rome despite the hotel being only 5 miles from the airport. Overall, I'd fully recommend this hotel for anyone who is planning a trip to Rome but wants to get away from the hurly burly of the city at the end of the day.

Bien mais pas exceptionnel
Hôtel avec un cadre très agréable et personnel aux petits soins. Malheureusement certaines prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur. Chambre vieillotte qui mériterait un sacré coup de pinceau! Il manquait même une ampoule sur l'une des lampes à la tête du lit ce qui est très dangereux. Piscine fermée fin mai avec une température de 31°. Dommage... En revanche, point positif : j'avais un avion un peu tôt le personnel a fait le maximum pour que je puisse me greffer sur le petit-déjeuner d'un groupe présent dans l'hôtel.

Nice grounds and building, but needs work
The hotel itself is nice and looks like it’s had some updating but not to a very good standard. Still lots of finishing touches to be done. We turned up for breakfast at 9 am and everything was gone even though they serve until 9.30am and we had to ask for some food and bowls etc then had to sit at a dirty table even though we were paying customers. Some Staff (not all) just didn’t care. You definitely need a car here, the taxi booked by the hotel to the airport was very expensive at 60 euros and only took 15 mins, that was to the closest airport I feel we got ripped off. So not happy about that. Would not return.

Little gem
A beautiful little place with really helpful and friendly staff. I was caught a bit by how far it was from Rome, but wasy enough to catch public transport in and there is a shuttle service to and from the train station. Very convenient if you are using the Ciampino airport

Un finto 3 stelle. Esperienza terribile. Ristorante pessimo. Stanza di scarsa accoglienza e qualità. Letto con materassi corti e duro come le pietre che non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio. Frigo bar staccato e quindi vuoto. Telecomandi TV non funzionante. Tende coprisole trasparenti che alle 6,30 ti svegli dalla gran quantità di luce che entra. Per finire direi Vergognoso

L albergo è bellissimo. Veramente di lusso. L esterno poi incantevole. Per poter tenere curato un ambiente del genere dovrebbero costare almeno il doppio le camere se non il triplo. Per quello che abbiamo pagato non si poteva chiedere di più.

Hotel molto bello
Hotel che dispone di tutte le comodità. Ampio parcheggio e colazione nella norma. Gli spazi sono molto ampi sia all'esterno che all'interno. L'arredamento degli spazi comuni è molto ricercato e dei mobili antichi aggiungono quel qualcosa in più. Il Park Hotel dispone inoltre di un servizio di trasporto alla stazione ferroviaria di Frascati dalla quale in mezz'ora si raggiunge Roma. Noi ci siamo fermati 3 notti per visitare la zona dei castelli Romani e Roma e quando ritorneremo in queste zone questo hotel è un'ottima soluzione.

Location bellissima adatta a matrimoni. Buona colazione, personale disponibile, camera pulita che puzzava di candeggina quando siamo entrati quindi sicuramente disinfettata. Per il resto niente di che: rumori (musica notturna) a causa di 2 matrimoni che ci sono stati entrambe le sere che abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel (se esci con la macchina e rientri con il matrimonio rischi di non trovare più il posto per l'auto), piscina praticamente inutilizzabile (sporca e senza lettini), il rumore di una lavatrice che ti svegliava ogni mattina presto (se uno sta in ferie non dovrebbe essere obbligato a svegliarsi presto), il wc praticamente attaccato di fronte alla doccia molto scomodo, doccia non proprio pulita che ovviamente non abbiamo usato, un ragno gigante con una ragnatela gigante sotto al soffitto in bagno, cuscino molto basso che personalmente mi ha procurato una specie di torcicollo, armadio che puzzava, balcone inutilizzabile perché sporco e arredato con due sedie arrugginite... area bar nella hall sporchissima, divanetti rovinati... Impensabile per una location del genere (fuori è molto bella , ripeto). Abbiamo pagato relativamente poco per due notti ma a queste condizioni non ci tornerò.

Relax senza pretese.
La struttura è immersa nel verde. Silenziosa e confortevole con ottimi gli spazi anche per il parcheggio. La camera un po' datata aveva il mobile del frigo bar senza il frigo! Ottima la linea WI-FI.

Disappointed
The room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived. There were ants and bugs inside the room. Noise from the toilet - especially after flushing - would keep us up when trying to sleep. They tell you that you can use the pool area but not really: they don't have sunbeds and you're not even allowed to lay down by the pool on a towel or something, you can just sit on the chairs around the tables that the use for their parties.. If you wanna move around a lot this is NOT a good place to go since its a bit outside. They tell you that they have a shuttle bus leaving people at the train station in Frascati and also picking them up but this is very misleading since they only take you there twice in the morning and never later(you could ask them though but they'll tell you to take a taxi). So we had to take a taxi every time we left the hotel(10 euros) and another 10 euros when coming back.

nice hotel with a quiet garden
you need drive about 20 minutes to metro red line, the end of the station called Anagning, there we waited for parking because the parking lot was full, one car out, one car in. One time I waited for 25 minutes when i got there about 9:45 am. The parking fee is reasonable, less than 10 hours is 1.50 euro, more than 10 hours is 2.5 euro. which is a good thing.

Grazioso, in mezzo al verde
Hotel dove ho soggiornato varie altre volte. Comodo, parcheggio ampio, in mezzo al verde, colazione varia e abbondante anche in bassa stagione. Camere che richiederebbero maggiore manutenzione e/o ristrutturazione; certamente che si alzerebbe il numero di stelle e relativi prezzi. Va bene così, ritornerò ancora e ancora.
