Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, nice clean room. Can be pretty noisy in the mornings if you have the window open like we did…but nothing to really worry about too much.

I was contacted by the property manager multiple times asking for my arrival time so they could have staff available for check in, but there was no staff present and the doors were locked. We booked a suite with the understanding from their listing that there would be a mini fridge stocked with free beverages, but the fridge was empty and didn’t even work. When I contacted the provided phone number they said Italian law prohibited them from selling any beverages. Why promote the free mini bar with suites if you legally cannot provide the beverages? There were clear markings on the doors to be out of your room by 11 AM for cleaning every day, which is totally reasonable, but we had a teenager in jeans and a tank top knocking on our door at 9:30 AM asking if we’d want it cleaned. Lastly we didn’t even have a shower in our room. We had a hot tub. Not a large bathtub but an actual hot tub. This took about 30-45 minutes to fill and it was never clear which direction the knob needed to be turned for hot water as the consistency of the water temperature changed every day. We will never recommend this “hotel”

Reception was very friendly. Good place for a quick stay. Only recommendation/downside is there was no conditioner, no lotion, and no drinking water. The information booklet in the room was outdated so the information was incorrect. Other than that is was good.

Merkezi konumda ve fiyat performans açısından mükemmel bir otel. Resepsiyonda görevli Riccardo çok ilgili ve kibar. Geç saatte ulaştık ancak check-in’de hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Genellikle resepsiyonda kimse olmuyor fakat hiçbir sıkıntı da yaşanmıyor çünkü her şey telefonda tüm detayları ile bildiriliyor.

This experience has made me rethink my choice of booking platform. I strongly encourage others to be cautious when booking properties. Guests should have better protection, and it’s crucial for platforms to ensure accountability in the booking process.

Perfect!!!!!!

I must disagree with the negative comments. Absolutely brilliant the place. We were able to leave our luggage several hours before check-in. Chiara greeted us, explained everything, and gave us the keys. The place is quiet, clean, and modern in an old building. Fantastic. The sheets and towels were of excellent quality, and the room was perfectly air-conditioned. The location is prime for walking to the Vatican or Piazza Navona, and there's a bus stop right outside. I hope to return!

Honestly, it was horrible. We arrived and the air conditioning didn't work, it was dirty, and we didn't stay. I do not recommend staying here.

DO NOT BOOK!!! This place is a scam. Booked late in the day at 21:00. Turns out AFTER you book that you can’t check in same day. No communication from hotel because it’s not a hotel. It’s listed as a hotel but it’s just someones apartment in a 6 storey building. They took our money anyway and we had to stay at another actual hotel for 3 times the price last minute after driving around Rome in a cab for an hour at the cost of an additional $100. DISGUSTING behaviour!

Tivemos uma estadia ruim,o anuncio fala q é hotel mais é um apartamento compartilhado tem 4 quartos, no caso alugamos um dos quartos, fala que tem recepção e que tem alguem la horário comercial, mentira alugamos por 4 dias e nao tinha ninguém nenhum dos dias, o anfitrião so dava assistência atraves de whatsap, o check-in foi atraves de whatsap, chegamos e tocavamos um interfone do apartamento e ninguém atendia sorte q chegou uma moradora do predio q abriu o portao para nos e ligou para o anfitrião, as chaves do quarto estavam no balcao da entrada do apartamento, ele mandou mensagem pelo whatsap avisando, abriu a porta do apartamento remotamente uando abrimos o quarto ele estava sujo sem arrumar , ligavamos e ele dizia que falava português e desligava, so conversava por whatsap, entao pediu que ficassemos na rua por duas horas q iria pedir alguem para limpar pediu desculpas disse q a funcionária esqueceu de limpar, ai ficamos na rua fazendo hora, quando voltamos e fomos tomar banho o aquecedor do chuveiro nao estava funcionando tivemos q esperar arrumar, e nossa reserva era com cafe da manha mais ele disse que nao ia conseguir da o cafe porque tinha perdido o fornecedor e nos reembolsou somente 3 euros por pessoa o q so dava um croissant, so tínhamos assistência por whatsap e ele demorava mais de um dia para responder, a unica coisa boa é a localização

Was not happy with the room. There was black mold in the shower and on the shower head. Double shower head one was broke and only was at chest night. Other shower head had mold we didn’t want to use it. The light on the mirror was broke. Could barely use the mirror to see. AC barely worked but with it cool at night we left the window open. Prior to the stay tried emailing and calling to get ahold of hotel and couldn’t until we arrived in Italy. The hotel is a flat that was turned into a 4 room hotel. Location was good. But we would not be staying there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Said breakfast was included in the rate, but the owner said they do not include breakfast and this shouldn't even be shown on the website. So out of pocket for having to pay for breakfast. Hot-tub was broken. 3 night stay and still this did not get fixed before we left. Still not been refunded for this. Amenities listed on the website are wrong. There is no safe to leave valuables, the minibar is not stocked with some free items. Temperature control is shocking, cannot have air-con in February, instead only heating, the room was like a sauna. Recommendation is, choose somewhere else.

The hotel is in a perfect location, walkable to everywhere, good breakfast restaurant right across the street. Room very comfortable but, the pillows were awful. Even though the website stated there is a front desk, there is a desk but NO ONES ever there. You need to contact the owner via Whatsapp if you need anything

This should not be listed as a hotel, it’s more of an airbnb. There is no one working there it just 4 rooms on 1 floor of a building, only communication is thru whatsapp so if no int’l service your “check in” will be impossible

Me sentí insegura

Al llegar al hotel no había recepcionista, una persona que nunca conocimos nos envió instrucciones por WhatsApp para poder entrar. Nos dijeron que empujáramos la puerta principal del hotel y que la habitación estaría sin llave. Desafortunadamente cerraron las habitaciones y le dieron instrucciones a un huésped que tomara las llaves de todas las habitaciones para que las abriera. Me sentí bastante insegura, pues solamente una cámara estaba apuntando a las llaves en la recepción. Así mismo, la caja fuerte estaba dañada y no se pudo usar. Reclamamos a la persona que envió las instrucciones pero nos ignoró, incluso al mencionarle al otro día que nos íbamos, nunca nos escribió. Fue bastante impersonal y repito, cualquier persona podía tomar las llaves y abrir nuestra habitación en cualquier momento, pero se excusan que con la cámara vigilan todo. Las instalaciones no son nuevas, no había aire acondicionado, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta. Para finalizar, lo bueno es la zona, pues tiene muchos restaurantes alrededor.
