호텔의 시설은 매우 좋고, 깨끗하고, 편리하였습니다. 직원도 모두 친절하여 기분 좋게 머무를 수 있게 도와주었습니다. 다만 호텔의 위치가 대중교통과 약간 멀어 아쉬웠습니다. 이 점을 제외하고서는 완벽한 호텔이었습니다.

깔끔하고 예쁜 숙소
로마에서 머물었던 호텔 중 시설이 제일 좋습니다. 가격대비 만족했고 깨끗했습니다! 조식을 못먹은게 아쉽네요 ㅠㅠ 하루밖에 숙박하지 않은게 슬플 정도 입니다. 공원과 매우 가깝습니다. 다시 로마에 간다면 공원에서 산책도 하고 호텔도 풀로 이용하고 싶네요

오래됐지만 안은 깨끗한 호텔
첨에 도착하자마자 주소는 맞는데 어딘지 모를 정도로 숨어 있어요. 겉에서 보기엔 오래된 건물밖에 안보이지만 안에 들어가면 정말 어제 지은것처럼 깨끗해요. 올라가기전에 엘레베이터 있는데 이걸 타도 되나 싶을정도로 낡아서 처음엔 그냥 가방만 태우고 다니다가 나중엔 다리아파서 탔어요. 보기와 다르게 안전하다고 말씀해 주셨는데 그래도 무서워요 ㄷㄷ. 안에 시설은 화이트톤이고 깨끗하고, 조식도 가정식처럼 아주 좋아요. 레이트 체크인 시 별도로 부가되니 참고하세요

Wry clean and nice hotel. Staff were very professional, with great service. Room and bathroom were very good size and elegant. Breakfast was very good, and 24 hour self service area was very convenient for late night snacks and drinks. We would go back anytime.

The entrance for the property isn‘t obvious…it is on the second floor of an older building. The service is friendly, but the property has thin walls. You can hear the doors slamming and the other guests using their bathrooms.

We are so pleased to have stayed at Relais Donna Lucrezia! This hotel is everything you would want for an authentic Roman experience. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with little antique touches. The dining area is lovely and offers a great breakfast with lots of variety, using ingredients from their family farm. All staff was welcoming, and Lucrezia herself went above and beyond to help us make travel accommodations to our next stop when we were in a rutt. Everything about this stay was absolutely lovely. *a restaurant around the corner called Ristorante Vladimiro is a must try!!

Overall Room is clean however the the location is not at the center of the city. The building is very close to the one next to it so its lack of privacy. We Lost one key and have to replaced with $5. Front desk is not 24/7. We will definitely stay at a 4 star or above hotel next time visit.

Dear Customer, each magnetic card costs 5 . Even in 4- or 5-star hotels there is a charge for losing the keys. The location of Relais donna Lucrezia is Via Emilia 88, Via Veneto within the ancient city walls. If you preferred to stay in the chaos of the Trevi fountain you could have chosen a hotel in another area. The historic centre of Rome is very large and you can choose to stay close to Villa Borghese /Piazza di Spagna where we are or in other areas. Thanks anyway for being our guests.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel and look forward to staying here again! We were upgraded to a wonderful room with a balcony. The bathroom facilities were the best we have had in Italy. Excellent, powerful shower, great hair dryer. Although we didn’t use all the toiletries, there were many. The breakfast had an amazing assortment, including delicious pasties & coffee as well as various proteins. Inside the room you can also make coffee or tea. Very friendly and kind family run, historic hotel. Convenient location.

Excellent accommodation and staff of a family run business that go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Parking (municipal parking €20 per 24 hour) was a little 5 minute walk away as the road where the accommodation is located is very busy and difficult to park. Centrally located and the ’hop on- hop off’ bus is next to the car park. Very traditional period rooms with air conditioning, tv, internet and home cooked breakfast. Excellent bedding and appointments in the rooms. The accommodation is situated on the second floor of a five story traditional Rome period building, which has been in the family for generations. Very nice stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We stayed for 9 nights and everything was excellent. The rooms were spotless and beautifully appointed, the staff was so gracious, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and so carefully prepared. I would absolutely stay here again, and we will. Lucrezia, Nelson, and Zeny took such good care of us and were so helpful with recommendations about food and things to see and do. They made our stay very special. Thank you again!

Wonderful stay
Absolute find in Rome! Fantastic location (we loved the park nearby). The staff very friendly, great breakfast and little snack bar. Their wine was also delicious! We loved staying here, one of our favourite hotels! We loved the quirkiness and the lift, the room and bathroom was gorgeous (never had so many baths, but couldn't resist!) Just be aware of your arrival time as it may incur a charge.
