The staff and service were excellent. The place was very clean, and the location was so perfectly centralized to anywhere we needed to go.
Our reasons for rating a 4/5 were mostly amenity based. The elevator shakes like it's going to fall (we were on the top floor) even when it was just one of us with a suitcase. The larger shower head sprayed in multiple directions except down, making it pretty much unusable (there was a smaller side shower head that was functional, but was difficult to get fully cleaned with where it was located). And finally, the wifi was really bad, and we often had to use our data plans because we could barely connect.
We want to say though that the building itself was great. The staff were pleasant to communicate with, and barring the small issues we had, we are positive this is a great place to stay.
