Dear Guest thank you very much for highlighting the problem of lack of cleaning service. This gives me the opportunity to remind you and all readers of your review that the cleaning service during the stay does not exist (it is an extra service with extra cost). Only cleaning at check out is included in the booking price. About the hot water in the shower, the apartment you booked is for 2 people and the total amount of hot water is for 2 showers in a row. But nothing prevents you from consuming it all for 1 super long shower, and then waiting 40 minutes for another 100 liters of hot water available. I remind you and all readers that you have booked a private apartment in a private condominium and not a hotel room and therefore we do not have centralized services such as hot water or air conditioning, but each apartment has its own services of a size appropriate to the number of people hosted . Dear Guest First of all I am really sorry for the slip that happened to you and of which I was a direct witness. I'm also sorry that the bump with your behind forced you to give up the trip. In my humble opinion your straw slippers are not exactly the most suitable for walking on marble. I want to clarify that the handles exist, but only on one side, going down to the right, but probably you could not use it because you were holding the basin with your work clothes while you slipped. I absolutely disagree that the stairs were slippery. In fact, immediately after I helped you up, I leaned in front of you and slipped my hand on the marble and showed you that the stairs were dry. I don't want to be wrongly accused. That said, your review is very important to us because it allows us to know the problems and solve them, even if it would have been much better if you had told us while you were with us. It is for this reason that we have given you our mobile number, with messages and WhatsApp. With regards to the hot water problem, as I explained to you in the welcome message and more also at the check in, your apartment is equipped with 2 electric boilers of 80 lt each. It is not like in hotels where there is "infinite" hot water because there is only one huge gas boiler for all the rooms. Here at Residenza Termini, each apartment has its own electric boiler that produces hot water only for that apartment. We are not a hotel, we do not have centralized services. We are normal apartments in a private condominium with other owners. Hot water is supplied at 140F (60C), therefore absolutely adequate for the shower, but the quantity is not enough for 3 showers in a row. Normally, 80 liters in the apartments for 2 people, while in the larger apartments there are 2 for a total of 160 liters. In any case it is not an infinite quantity.
