The shower head was leaking, water sprouting from everywhere. The arms of the sofa bed were very dirty. The kitchen looked like it was in need of repair. Apart from that the accomodation was in a good location.

This stay was in a very great location close to everything you need to see, by walking or by taking public transportation. It is a fairly old location so it seems as if it’s not overly clean. There was a bit of a mold smell in the room as well. Overall good stay.

There were 4 of us from Canada staying at Roma Resort for the first time from Sept 13-18 2025. Initially, we were worried by the damp / musty smell in the reception area but the room was nothing like that. It was clean, cool (air conditioning in the room) and the room was cleaned well when needed. 2 shared the bed and 2 shared the pullout couch - not a bad pull-out mattress. The staff were friendly and responded to any of our inquiries in a timely manner. Would recommend staying here! Very central and accessible too attractions.

Really enjoyed staying here. Some may be turned off by the graffiti on the walls outside, but we found that to be very common in Rome. It was very safe and very convenient location to the train. The room was very big and traveling with 3 women and having 2 bathrooms sold me on the hotel.

Price, location and size was unbeatable

For the price, it was unbeatable! The room was spacious with extra beds, perfect for our young adult kids. Great location near the metro with plenty of food and grocery options. The AC did go out last night in main bedroom and wasn’t fixed during our stay—manageable for us, but could be uncomfortable in hotter months. We did not feel uncomfortable with our surroundings, but there is a lot of graffiti in Rome so be aware.

This was a very nice stay for us. Spacious apartment and right next to the Metro. The rooms were cleaned every day. We have stayed there with parents and our 10yo daughter. I would definitely stay there again!

I really liked Roma Resort Colosseum. They set us up with after hours check-in because we arrived after their office closed for the day. It was an easy process. There are several very good restaurants and grocery stores within a 3 minute walk. The Metro entrance is right outside the buildings front door and the tram stop is right across the street. The bus stop is also very close. The connivence was very nice. The apartment was great. It had two bathrooms, which was great for the four of us. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had everything you would need if you wanted to cook while you were there. It was very clean and they came in daily to tidy up and give new towels. he staff was also very helpful and the office in the building was open everyday but Sunday. We asked them several things while we were there, and we always very helpful and polite. I have nothing negative to say about the property or the staff. I would warn anyone staying here not to use the Laundromat down the street. He tried to triple charge us, and we had to get our credit card company involved. But he is not connected to Roma.

Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. The area is fantastic; everything is close by, and there's a train station next to the hotel. Another wonderful thing is that the Coliseum and other attractions are a 15- to 20-minute walk away. Across the street from the hotel, there's a small Chinese restaurant with excellent food and affordable prices. I will definitely stay at this hotel again with my family.

More an apartment hotel experience. Right next to Manzoni metro station for public transport. Italian breakfast offered as an add-on. Cleaning service offered on daily basis. They could have a bigger sign outside, because it's hard to find 1st time!!

Ok location. Near train station. It cost 10€ for taxi to train station, Colosseum , Fontana di Trevi. Clean but simple rooms. 10 min walk to Colosseum.

The property is right in front of the metro, can be a little noisy during busy hours, but overall is pretty nice. Room was cleaned daily, and any problems we had were dealt with quickly. This place was a nice, cute room near Colosseum and easy access to the subway!

The property looks dirty from outside. I first thought I was at the wrong place because the walls had a lot of graffiti and dirty from outside. Once you got in into the room it was clean.
