most central and carefree location.

A perfect room in literally the center of everything. Restaurants all around, steps from the colossium, in front of the cavor metro line on the way to termini with no steps to drag luggage. The apt is on the 2nd floor, which does require steps, but not bad at all. The room seemed huge when the comfortable bed was folded, and a fully equipped kitchen made this an effortless, private stay. Windows sealed noise, so beware of leaving them open if trying to nap.

More friends than anticipated

The initial check-in went well. It was very easy to get to many places around us. The first night we noticed a couple of ants around the apartment, but as the stay went on, we found more and more ants in the bathroom, bed, and closet space.

Idéalement situé et très bon accueil.

Endroit stratégique pour les visites. Au pied du métro si besoin. A proximité des commerces tout en étant calme le soir. Aucun bruit de la rue,juste l'insonorisation où l'on entend les voisins. Très bon séjour, parfait pour 2 personnes. Accueil très sympathique, merci beaucoup.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super zentral. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in einem Fußmarsch von 5 bis ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist klein, bietet aber alles was man brauch. Zu Zweit auf jeden Fall ausreichend.

Amazing apartment!

We had a great experience at this apartment! Nathalie met us since our train came early and let us put our bags in the apartment which helped so much! She was so sweet as was amazing at communicating with us! The apartment was in the perfect spot in town had a great nightlife but still quiet! Everything is walking distance except the Vatican which is an easy metro ride away! The metro station is literally right out front of the door! And there’s a great breakfast place right downstairs that’s open at 530 am! If you’re a couple traveling this is an amazing place to stay!

Centre of Rome

This little flat is perfect for single people or a couple visiting Rome. It is literally minutes away from the Colosseum and the Forum and the streets around it are heaving with places to eat and shops. It is also right across from the Cavour Metro station entrance. It's on the second floor with no lift but we didn't find the stairs and issue with one suitcase. The apartment is small, but it had everything we needed. It's pretty much the size of a normal hotel room but it has a little kitchen too! The shower is powerful with plenty of hot water and the wifi is very good. Lots of photo uploads and even some Netflix and no problems with connection. Despite being in the middle of a busy area, the windows block out pretty much all noise. And the air con was such a blessing because we stayed during some very humid weather. It worked perfectly and kept us cool and comfortable! Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. My only criticism was the check-in and arrival procedure. Perhaps more info needed for when to call or for the email address? It says to phone but it's not ideal to be making a call to Italy! Also it wasn't clear how we got in when we arrived so perhaps the staff could wear a braded t-shirt or hold a sign or something? Other than that, the stay was amazing

Nice place with a couple of quirks

when we booked there was a hidden fee for late night arrivals, which is a reasonable fee but it wasnt disclosed to us. i can see from the hotel page that this issue is now fixed and all the fees on the website are current and correct. expedia offered to cover the fee for us as we'd not been informed of it. the other issue is that the apartment is listed on google maps in the wrong location. if you book this apartment google will tell you you have a reservation at an apartment on the other side of the roman forums. we took an uber (dont take uber they charge more than the white taxis, the white taxis are limited in cost but uber isnt) to this wrong location and had to walk to our apartment. fortunately, as this made us late, the manager of the apartment was kind enough to waive this fee. double check the apartment location is on via leonina.

Great appartrment in ROme

We loved staying here and it was perfect for us. However, this room may feel a little small for some- especially the shower which is very tight and has limited hot water.

Close to everything!

We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. The apartment is unbelievably close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Take note, the apartment is upstairs, and there is no elevator. The shower (like many other apartments in Italy) is very small. Directly opposite a metro stop, but we didn't notice any dodgy people hanging around, unlike at other stations. The street is quiet enough, but there are also enough people walking around at night for it to feel safe.

agréable séjour

Nous garderons de ce séjour que de très bons souvenirs. Tout était parfait. L'accueil était excellent. L'appartement était confortable et très bien aménagé. Cet appartement bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal. Il se situe à moins de 10 minutes du colisée et se trouve également au pied de la station de métro CAVOUR qui est à un arrêt de termini.

Just Perfect

We loved it here, after deciding not to book a hotel we chose to book the apartment. The guy who met us there was so friendly and helpful and the apartment came with everything you need, and was clean. (Great having wifi) The location is amazing and you can walk everywhere in Rome, (even thou there is a metro on your doorstep) We will definitely be booking another one of these apartments when in Italy again.
