로마에서의 첫번째 숙소에서 실망하고 부랴부랴 알아봐서 찾아간 곳, 결과는 너무나 만족했습니다. 흠잡을것 하나 없는 곳이며 직원들의 서비스가 특히 더 좋았습니다.

이태리 가족 자유여행 첫번째 숙소였는데 이 호텔에서 3박4일 머물면서 마지막날 일때문에 불쾌하였습니다. 제가 영어를 잘 못하는 것도 있지만 마지막날 체크아웃하면서 캐리어 3개를 맡기는데 보증금도 아닌 보험료를 내라고 해서 이상한 생각은 했지만(제가 호텔을 일때문에 꽤 많이 이용했지만 캐리어 맡기면서 보험료는 처음이네요) 나중에 돌려주겠지하고 5시간 후 영수증을 보여주면 캐리어를 찾는데 보험료를 안돌려 주더라구여... 74유로여서 적지 않은 금액이였는데 저도 영어를 잘 못하지만 테스크에 있던 분도 영어 발음이 그리 좋치 않아서 더 못알아 듣겠고.. 저희는 이미 택시도 불러 놓은 상태라 더 시간을 지체 할수 없어서 그냥 나왔지만 아직도 이해가 안되네요.. 다른곳에서 시민세 내는것은 이해하겠는데 3박4일이나 머물었는데 5시간 캐리어 3개 맡기는데 74유로 보험료는 이해가 안가네요.. 제가 잘모르는 부분이 있을지도 모르니 참고 하시길 바랍니다.

Hotel had no AC, we couldn’t sleep as the room was so hot, we had to open the window to get some air in but it was so noisy, you can hear the cars and people being so loud, it was terrible! room was not so clean either, not what the Rome time hotel use to be. Very disappointing.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Am guten Frühstücksbuffet würde ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung nicht schaden, aber grundsätzlich war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Anbindung an die Metro ist prima und wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.

Loved the room - very clean, modern, upscale. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Main tourist attractions are within walking distance. Excellent food choices nearby.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Room small for a fam of 4, but overall that is European standards. Walkable to all main places, near shops and restaurants! Great breakfast. Would stay here again

Really foul smell in the room. We suspect it was coming from the toilet? Floors were dirty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a central location and can get to main attractions easily by foot.

We only stayed one night as part of a layover but our room was clean and quiet, the staff were very nice and helpful, we liked the convenient dinner recommendation we received, enjoyed the area, had a great drink in the lobby bar. The breakfast is also comfortable and nice.

Don’t be scared off by a couple of the iffy reviews. The Rome Times Hotel is an awesome find at a great price. We booked the executive double room which was by far the largest and most comfortable room of our two week tour of Italy. Amazing ac, modern amenities, a large comfortable bed, and enough space for us to unpack fully and still stash our large luggage out of view. The location was perfect for our first time in Rome - 10 minute walk from the train station, and central to the trevi fountain, colosseum and pantheon. There’s also both a pharmacy, mini market and atm right downstairs which made for added convenience. Would recommend!

The room was nice. The location was great. Our biggest issue was the shower. It was absolutely tiny, all glass, and in the middle of the room. Zero privacy if traveling with children or a friend. The shower head was as large as the space. You could barely turn around, and it was really really hard to take a shower. Plus no matter what we did it would leak out the bottom. This was evident as an ongoing problem as the water leaks so much into the toilet room beside and the wood was rotten into this room. The shower is an issue that needs to be addressed. Other than this the property was fine.

Expected more from a very pricy 4 star hotel in the heart of the Rome city center. Our room was actually down the block from the hotel reception area. The TV was broken, no hand wash cloths available and the shower didn’t drain. Breakfast was included for some rooms but not the one we stayed in. There wasn’t anyone available to help with our luggage before 7:00am when we had to check out to catch our flight home and there were no luggage racks to make it easier for us. Very disappointed and would not recommend or go back to the same place next time in Rome.

Rooms are smaller than they look. Make sure you have air conditioning in your room when you check in. We were with a group and they kept passing the room off that did not as people showed up and it was 90 deg F each day. The key card to our room was broken for all 5 days which meant, only was metal key for 3 people which was very annoying.
