Dear Mr. Golia, You arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM. Check out is within 11:00. I told you the room was still OCCUPIED, not that you have to pay for early check in, which either way would have fine and within hotel's regulation. Even so, we offered you a junior suite at 10:00, to check in right away in the annex, and you refused. You came back and checked in at 13:00. Check in starts at 14:00, you still got an early check in for no extra charge. We are pet friendly, meaning we accept small pets, and we do NOT CHARGE EXTRA for cleaning the room, which we had to do after your departure. We never said or stated anywhere that we provide amenities for pets. We had to wash the curtains, deep clean the room, and keep it out of order for 1 day because of the conditions the room was. We were not able to check the AC because you had the do not disturb sign on the door. the only thing that the staff could do, was to hand you an electric heater. As for the car, we ask for a credit card as a guarantee in case of no show for the service. Let me explain, if you change your mind, or don't care that you don't find the driver, take a taxi, or walk, the car service demands payment from the hotel. You can understand that this is something that a business never does. The room comes with a MINIBAR, not a fridge, no microwave, it's a hotel in Rome, which follows the italian regulation. If you needed extra hooks, you could have just asked. Speak with the staff, that's why we are here, to help and assist and make your stay comfortable. Passing in front of us without even saying hello, while we go above and beyond to help and guide our guests, will only lead you to have a not completely satisfying experience. For your future reservation, i suggest first contact the hotel, ask them if they provide what you need, and then make the reservation. It does not work the other way around, you make the reservation and then demand things that are not provided and impossible. Have a nice day.
