Fun at the B&B.

This is a B&B, not a hotel. Very good location, close to the Vatican and Metro stop. The room was large and comfortable. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly. Areas for improvement: The breakfast could be better, muffins and dry crackers. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, opened the window and it aired out. The hot water boiler broke on days 2 through 4. The staff let is shower in a vacant room one morning, and offered to let us move to another building, Staff is on duty very limited hours.

Ideal location

Ideal location within 50 yards of The Vatican City. The room was clean, but the curtains were hanging off the curtain pole. They said they would be fixed next day, but alas this didn’t happen! Overall the apartment needed a bit of money spent on it to update it. The grout in the bathroom needed replaced and the WiFi didn’t work in the room.

Awesome location, right next to Vatican. Helpful staff, but present during limited hours. If you arrive between certain hours, you will have to call to check in. Shower was not in good repair, but everything else was fine. Continental breakfast was delivered to room and was plentiful (coffee, juice, yogurt, muffins and biscotti). The elevator was cool.

The experience was really awesome! They stayed later so we could check in late! The housekeeper was super nice and always said hello! It felt like we lived in Roma for a couple of days! Loved the shower and the location of the suite!

More of an upscale hostel - clean and great staff

Very close to Vatican City and Bonci's Pizza.... definite plus if this is the area you are planning to explore and on a budget. The suite, although clean and had welcoming staff - was more like an upscale hostel. The walls are paper thin - we could hear babies crying, muffled conversations and people snoring. The complimental continental breakfast was basic however the cappuccino was superb. The electrical outlets in the wall near the bed pulled out of the casing of if plug anything in. The street was a little dodgey ... however take a right out the door and the walls of Vatican City is in site. Did not find this location to be restful and relaxing - big difference between this area of Rome and other areas we stayed. Upside: Room overlooked a residential courtyard - felt a little more "local" for this area. Just couldn't sleep.

Great location, great service.

A very well located hotel (5 minutes walk to Metro station and Vatican City), I was particularly impressed by the friendly welcome (the receptionists spoke good English) and communication (we had a surcharge for arriving at a late hour, but this was clearly explained when booking and in email). The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was also clean and had a good working shower. Only disappointments were the TV had no channels in English (though obviously not an issue if you aren't going to spend much time in the room) and the 'traditional Italian breakfast', brought to your room at a time of your choosing, (a nice touch) is little more than biscuits and tiny pieces of toast, with tea/coffee etc. Cereal or bread would have been nice. However this certaily wouldn't put me off staying again, plus there are some excellent local restaurants nearby, ask at the desk!

sehr gute zentrale Lage

Für einen Städtetrip ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt, nähe Vatikan mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Bad/Dusche gibt es leider Abzüge, teilweise sehr reparaturbedürftig. Zimmer dafür sehr sauber, tägliche Reinigung. Kleines Frühstück auf das Zimmer ist auch O.K., um so zeitnah zum Sightseeing starten zu können. Weiterempfehlung!

B&B carino e intimo a due passi da San Pietro

I punti forti dell'albergo sono sicuramente la colazione servita in camera, il fatto di essere totalmente indipendenti dato che si hanno le chiavi del portone e di entra ed esce quando si vuole. La camera è piccola ma molto carina e ho decisamente apprezzato la doccia enorme! Ci è stato anche offerto il servizio di deposito bagagli dopo il check out che ci ha permesso di girare ancora per Roma pur non avendo più la stanza. La zona è fantastica: oltre ad essere vicinissimo a San Pietro e ai musei vaticani, ci sono tantissimi ristorantini nelle vicinanze così come la metropolitana a due passi.

Tolles bed and breakfast hotel in sehr guter Lage!

Das Bed & Breakfast hat eine tolle Lage. Es befindet sich 2 Gehminuten vom Vatikan weg. Das Personal und die Inhaber dieser 4 Zimmer, welche in einem Wohnhaus liegen (ganz normal für Italien), sind super nett, höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber man kann sich drin bewegen, hat alles was man braucht und sind sehr sauber!!! Morgens gibt es typisch italienisches Frühstück aufs Zimmer. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Rom kommen wir sehr gerne wieder! Grazie!!!!

Great Hotel close to the Vatican

A great experience close to the Vatican. The guy in charge was very helpful. The bedroom was very clean, quiet and spacious enough for me and my wife.
