Friendly staff, extremely helpful. Felt very safe. Room felt clean. Loved the rooftop terrace and location. Only issue we had, was that we noticed gnats inside the room. And there was a strange odor coming from the AC. I would recommend.

By the Monti District, a 15-20 minute walk from major landmarks and great dining around. It was safe - code for the door to get in and the terrace rooftop was gorgeous at night. Also loved the staff, so friendly and helpful!

Sophie Terrace is near the train station in Rome. It was a very comfortable and safe hotel, and the front desk staff, (during our stay we mostly dealt with Flo, but all of them was very kind), helped us with restaurant recommendations and directions and offered tips on how to enjoy Rome. We loved the stay and the staff was warm and friendly, so you felt very comfortable there. 100% recommend!

Our stay was for touring Rome before boarding a cruise to Greece. Sophie's Terrace Hotel was convenient for location walking distance to Metro and Rome City Center within a few blocks. Staff was super friendly and the hotel was comfortable! Lots of places to eat in the area as well as rt in front of the hotel.

Amazing stay in Rome

We had an amazing stay at the Sophie Terrace hotel. Even before our arrival, they were very communicative, making sure we would have everything we needed to feel welcome (baby cot, baby soaps etc). The room and the terrace itself were gorgeous. Flo at the front desk was especially fantastic! He gave us plenty of recommendations and was extremely welcoming and approachable. Thank you for a great stay.

Super Unterkunft um Fussläufig das Zentrum der Stadt und fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden! Eine unglaubliche Erfahrung ist die Zuwendung von „FLO“ von der Rezeption. Es wird sogar, wenn man unterwegs ist, angeboten, Fragen via WhatsApp zu stellen und innerhalb kurzer Zeit Hilfestellung zu erhalten!!! Service wie hier gibt es selten… Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing experience at Sophie Terrace Hotel. The hotel was spotless and located in a perfect area—close to everything but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. Flo and Abdul were absolutely fantastic—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They were available 24/7 and answered all our questions, whether it was about sightseeing, where to eat, or how to get around. Their restaurant and activity recommendations were spot on, and they even arranged a taxi for our airport transfer, making everything so easy and stress-free. We felt truly cared for throughout our stay and would absolutely return. This hotel is a gem in Rome, and we can’t recommend it enough!

We had a lovely stay here! The location is perfect - near the train station and within walking distance of the major sights without being too close to the tourist chaos. The room (even on the first floor!) was perfectly quiet, had a great shower (great water pressure!), and air conditioning made for perfect sleeping conditions. What makes this place a standout is the staff - they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and ensure you have everything you need. Their genuine warmth made our trip to Rome so special. They also provided outstanding restaurant recommendations. We will be back!!!

Friendly and accommodating

Staff were very welcoming and helpful in providing information for places to visit and eat! The hotel itself was clean and very modern with a beautiful roof terrace. I was woken up early morning by the noise of some travellers preparing to leave but it’s like they’d anticipated my needs as beside the bed were ear plugs which made it easy to fall back asleep. Overall, I had a great nights stay and will definitely be returning.

Mycket bra!

Tycker att vi hade en bra vistelse. Rummen och hotellet var väldigt fräscht och rent. Personalen på hotellet var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma. Varför det inte blir fem stjärnor är sängen som var hård som en planka men jag tycker hotellet var toppen!
