깨끗하고 바티칸에 가까워 좋았던...
일단 추천~!!! 방도, 욕실도, 아침식사장소도 모두 깔끔깔끔.. 바티칸 야경 및 오전관광을 하기엔 최적의 위치.. 좀 아쉬웠던 점이라면.. 로비도 없고, 그나마 있는 사무실도 퇴근시간이 있는지.. 저녁 7시반 체크인을 하려는데... 대문은 잠겨있고, 국제전화로 겨우 통화하여 경비인 듯한 아저씨에게 열쇠를 받음.. 나도 그도 영어가 어색해 소통에 조금 힘들었음... 친절하긴 하였으나... 아침식사 다양한 빵, 씨리얼, 음료, 샌드위치할 치즈, 햄 등과 과일로.. 식당도 깔끔.. 식사도 깔끔.. 단, 식당이 한건물이 아니고 조금 떨어져 있어 잘 찾아가야 함. 방음은 잘 안되는지.. 드나드는 사람들 문여는 소리, 이야기 소리 좀 크게 들림. 하지만 TV도 좋고, 시설 모두 매우 깨끗하고, 냉방도 잘됨. 만족만족~!!!

침구는 매우 고급스러웠고 간이 주방에도 필요한 주방용품이 갖춰져 있어 전반적으로 만족스러웠다 도착날 인터넷 연결이 고장나 주말이라 연락이 어려웠으나 호텔 조식을 먹는 그라비다룸즈호텔에 연락을 취하면 그곳 호텔의리셉션직원이나 보안팀에서 연락을 취해줘서 그런대로 문제해결을 할수가 있다 청소와 침구정리는 매일 해주며 각종타올 매일제공되고 샴프와 바디 헤어드라이가 비치되어 있다 조식을 먹는곳이 호텔과 약 50M정도 떨어져 있지만 아침 산책겸 상쾌한 로마의 아침 거리를 걸어서 조식 먹으로 가는 것도 나쁘지는 않았다 또한 조식도 따뜻한 크라상, 식빵,햄, 치즈, 바겟트, 조각케익등 다양한빵과 생과일, 우유, 쥬스, 후레이크, 요구르트, 무엇보다 진한 에소프레소커피한자과했던 아침식사도 만족스러웠다 바티칸성당이 5분거리라 매일 성당앞을 지나다녔고 주요관광지도 걸어가서 보는것도 가능하고 힘들면 지하철을 타고 옥타비아노 역에서 내려서 오면 된다 가까운곳에 대형마트도 있으며 장을 봐와서 저녁 식사를 간단하게 해먹기도 했다

Tutto perfettamente in ordine, in linea con le aspettative e con quanto pagato. L'alloggio, era pulito ordinato e confortevole, sebbene l'usura di diversi particolari evidenziano l'uso intensivo. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in due camere, e la coppia di amici è stata molto soddisfatta. Molto gentile e disponibile la receptionist. La mia unica raccomandazione riguarda una maggiore cura della comunicazione al cliente che andrebbe personalizzata evitando l'uso di form standard in inglese, richieste alcune ripetitive (richiesto più volte l'orario di arrivo e numeri di telefono) altre non pertinenti o non necessarie come volo di arrivo e volo di partenza. Non si è tenuto conto di chi viaggia in treno come noi o di chi opta per l'automobile. Il servizio deposito bagagli sebbene offerto gratuitamente, si avvale di un albergo distante circa 2 km dalla struttura e dalla fermata della metro ed è praticamente inutilizzabile. Non si tratta di critiche ma di suggerimenti dati per migliorare l'accoglienza dei clienti. Nel complesso valutazione ampiamente buona.

Very inconvenient. No staff to assist and no means to connect with staff if one doesnt have a SIM card. The door codes were changed without informing us and we got stuck late at night. Had to use international roaming to call them as again no means to connect with staff. They have a kitchen but no basic supplies provided. Biggest red flag was poor communication. No clean toilets, poor lighting. Would never book again ever.

Dear Vikramjit,We thank you for reviewing our facility, but we would like to point out that inside the room there is a telephone with instructions for contacting the facility 24/7 in case of emergency. At your disposal you also have all the telephone numbers of the structure available on WhatsApp, and in case of need, the wi-fi user and password.Our structure is a guest house and therefore does not have a kitchen and breakfast service as written on our channels.

Le immagini proposte per visualizzare le stanze non rendono lo stato di trascuratezza delle stesse. Con lo stesso nome propongono stanze di livello diverso in location diverse. Io pensavo di aver prenotato in un posto decisamente migliore mentre mi sono trovata nella soluzione più adatta probabilmente a giovani e/o studenti o a chi non bada alla pulizia e ai servizi. Il personale è disponibile ma non è sufficiente a colmare le aspettative. Ho dovuto chiedere più interventi per il lavabo intasato già dal momento dell'arrivo, l'acqua che non usciva dai sanitari per il troppo calcare. L'unica nota positiva è la location in Prati e l'accesso immediato ai servizi pubblici, bus e metro a due passi.

Le camere a lei assegnate sono state le camere da lei prenotate.. camera matrimoniale/doppia con letti singoli presso l'edificio principale.Useremo i suoi consigli per migliorare la nostra struttura e speriamo di riaverla come nostra ospite durante il suo prossimo soggiorno a Roma!

Me encantó el alojamiento, la habitación fue tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La cama es muy cómoda para descansar, el tamaño de la habitación es ideal, y el baño muy espacioso. Los anfitriones 100 puntos, muy amables y y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Algo que se podría mejorar es la presión de agua de la ducha y mayor tiempo de duración pra el agua caliente.

Chambre pas au top de la propreté, et mobilier un peu fatigué. Malgré l'information que le check-in se ferait à distance, pas de message ni appel du gérant. J'ai dû appeler une fois devant la porte. Eau tiède mais pas chaude, et pas de solution trouvée pour régler le problème par le gérant. Rapport qualité/prix convenable

Well, the area was great. Like living in an apartment in the city. Just walk over 1 block and you are in the middle of everything. It was the tiniest room ever but we did not spend much time there. Would have liked it more if breakfast had been an option but we made the be st of it!

As a room was smaller than it looked like the photos, as the most rooms actually.All good clean very close to the Vatican Cathedral but the fridge didn’t work.Even if I requested to the staff to fix it nothing happened. So five days without a fridge and with 27 degrees it’s an issue.

The air conditioning didn’t work, called for service, waited 24 hours. They came to repair but still noisy and didn’t cool efficiently. Only European electric outlets available, couldn’t charge cell phones

Struttura molto vicina a san pietro, arredamento luminoso ed accogliente. Però purtroppo la pulizia della stanza è stata veramente scarsa ed il letto rifatto molto male, solo tirato su la coperta di sopra e basta.

The place very close to the Vatican, is not a hotel, is located inside an apartment complex building and close to the street (could be noisy). They charge 5€ tax per person per day very expensive compare with other hotels. If you going to stay one night is perfect.

Fue una gran falta de respeto lo que hicieron, ya que sacaron nuestras pertenencias sin nuestro consentimiento. Habíamos pagado una noche más con anticipación para quedarnos otro día, y fueron tan estúpidos para no darse cuenta, siendo que un par de días antes un recepcionista me dijo que no h ria problema y aue el check out no sería necesario pues ya se había hecho la Otra reverberación. De verdad no tuvieron respeto, y fue tL la sorpresa que se metieron al cuarto y agarraron todo y lo echaron a las maletas revuelto, y además los medicamentos de mi esposo los metieron a una holsa de Basura junto con accesorios de un Maleta y los quisieron sacar la basura, peri par su suerte no dimos cuenta y rescatamos lA boms de Ls manos de esos rufianes. Jamás el responsable del hotel dio la xara, y no hubo nada de disculpas. FUE UNA GRn FALTA DE RESPETO, Y NO ES JUSTO WUR pASARA ESTO.

Très bon emplacement dans Rome, par contre qq details à revoir : fixation de l'eclairage dans la salle de bains, évacuation tres lente de la douche, qualité des matelas insuffisante. Pas de presence humaine pendant tout notre sejour, nous attendons toujours de nous faire rembourser notre monnaie sur la taxe de sejour :-( Point positif de la climatisation.

Nettes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. An und Abreise unkompliziert und der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war super. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen und das Viertel ist wirklich sehr schön. Leider war die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer mehr als ausbaufähig.

It was expected. Staff was good but room was bare minimum and needed repairs. Bathroom in queen needs repair that are up to better standards.

Chambre à 10min du Vatican donc très bien situé. Malheureusement le quartier est bruyant, aucune insonorisation, lits inconfortable pour moi mais ma sœur la trouvé ok, bouilloire et 2 tasses à disposition avec quelque sachet de thé, ventilation salle de bain capable de réveillé le quartier, mur propre, draps propre, serviettes propre, douche un peu étroite. Chambre correcte en conclusion.

There was no real "front office" per say. It was on the second floor of a building with no air conditioning. No one carried our bags. There was no cart for our bags. We, 3 women, had to lug our bags from building to building and up stairs just to get to the office. They made us pay up front before even seeing the room or where it was located. This should have been the biggest red flag! We lugged our bags to 3 buildings then finally got to our room. It was up a flight of stairs, doors hardly worked correctly, and it was no air conditioning in the kitchen. The kitchen was a communal kitchen with 3 other rooms. The shower had thick mold and mildew all over the base. It reeked of mold and mildew. It was not sanitary at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

A lot of broken stuff in the room. Air conditioning device is broken reported to staff but never repaired. Broken sink faucet that water barely comes out. Curtains that fall from its hinges. Stay away, NOT RECOMMENDED.

Normalerweise müssten wir unser Geld zurück bekommen. Auf den ersten Blick sah alles ganz gut aus, aber auf den zweiten... Die "Rezeption" besteht aus einem Computer mit Drucker direkt an der Eingangstür des super engen Flurs. Das Zimmer - insbesondere das Bad Mega Dreckig. Weder am Waschbecken, noch am Bidet ein Stöpsel vorhanden. Alle Wasserhähne oxidiert und dreckig, Haare (nicht unsere) in der Dusche und im Abfluss der Dusche. Zahnpastareste am Halter des Föhns und der Mülleimer im Bad war einfach nur ekelerregend. Im Zimmer auf dem Boden klafften 2 Lücken im Laminat - wohl dem der da barfuß hängenbleibt. Dann ist das "Hotel" (nein den Namen hat es nicht verdient - es ist eher eine heruntergekommene Zimmervermietung in einem sehr großen Wohnhaus.) mega hellhörig, daher hatten wir noch mit der Rücksichtslosigkeit anderer Gäste zu kämpfen, welche an 3 aufeinander folgenden Tagen ihre Streitigkeiten für die Nacht aufgehoben hatten - mal um Mitternacht, mal um 1 Uhr Nachts und dann um 3 Uhr Nachts. Die Streitereien waren so heftig das wir uns nicht getrauten da direkt einzugreifen.Die sogenannte Rezeption kann man nur telefonisch erreichen und es wurde auch weitergegeben wie eine Rücksprache ergab, aber es änderte sich nichts. In englisch zu kommunizieren wurde dem italienischen vorgezogen(und das in Rom!!) Das sowas auf Ihrer Plattform überhaupt angeboten wird ist eine Frechheit. Geld zurück und diesen Schuppen aus Ihrer Liste streichen wäre die richtige Reaktion.
