1 minute from Piazza Navona. Close to the main attractions of Rome, you can reach everything on foot. However, there are only a few staff members, so you won't get your room cleaned if you sleep in too late. As with many hotels in Rome, it's a renovation of an old building, so the lifts are very dated and the soundproofing isn't the best, but it's not a bad choice for a stay in Rome.

객실이 넓고 깔끔하고 환기잘되고 시원하고 쾌적하고 모든게 다 좋았습니다. 욕실은 헤드샤워기만 있는게 유일한 단점입니다만 호스트가 매우 친절하고 위치가 너무좋았기에 그다지 중요하지않았습니다

룸은 깨끗하나 분위기는 쏘쏘. 위치 꿀
호텔급은 아니고 한국의 좀 괜찮은 모텔 정도의 느낌이었습니다. (-) 103호에 묵었는데 회색빛의 페인트컬러, 흑갈색의 바닥재 때문인지 전체적으로 어두운 느낌 들구요. 샤워실이 굉장히 좁고 고정형 해바라기 샤워기 밖에 없어서 불편했어요. 창문밖 풍경은 도로 맞은편의 건물만 보여요. 뷰는 쏘쏘. 로비없어요. (+)퀄이 꽤 괜찮은 슬리퍼를 제공하고, 시트를 깨끗하게 갈아줘요. 가격대 있고 평 좋은 곳들도 시트 안갈아주고 정리만 해주는 곳이 있어서 혹시나 걱정했는데 싹 세팅해줬어요. 위치가 진짜 좋아요. 판테온까지 7분, 지올리티까지 5분, 그 외 천사의 성 등등 가깝고 정류장도 코앞. 조식은 원래 서비스안하지만 주변에 아침 먹을만한 곳이 몇군데 있어요. 입구 바로 옆 파니니집도 그렇고 버스정류장쪽에도 피짜리아가 하나 있는데 깔끔하고 맛나요. 관광지, 광장이랑 가까워서 밤에도 사람 많이 다니고 활기 넘쳐요. 치안은 걱정없고 새벽에 나가도 좋지만 번화가이다보니 잘 때 꽤나 시끄럽습니다. 객실이 다 2층이거든요 위치가 워낙 좋아서 가격만 저렴하게 예약할 수 있다면 재방문의사 있습니다. 급하게 했더니 비싼 가격에 예약했는데 그 정도 가격은 아닌듯 싶네요.

나쁘지 않았어요. 직원도 친절하고 위치도 끝내주고 청소도 깔끔하고. 여러 최고의 조건 속에도 별점을 깎은건, 뷰는 바라지도 않지만 창문열면 도둑 및 각종 공해만 나올것같은 풍경과.. 침대외엔 공간이 없다는 점..정도. 창문을 못여니 어두컴컴했어서 고게 좀 답답했네요. 10월에 에어컨을 켰다는.. 전 104호? 5호인가 묵었는데 다른 방은 안 그럴수도 있겠죠. 아 그리고 조식 없어요~~ 어디에도 안나와있으면 없는 건가봐요 ㅋㅋ

바깥소음만 감수한다면, 최적의 호텔
그 전 숙소가 떼르미니 근처였는데, 그곳보다는 훨씬 안전하고, 안락한 숙소였습니다. 다만 근처에 나보나광장이 있어서인지, 밤 늦게까지 밖이 시끄러웠고, 바깥소리 방음이 거의 되지않았습니다. (창문을 열어둔 줄 알았습니다. ) 그래도 떼르미니역 근처보단 훨씬 안전하고, 평온한 분위기였으며, 밤이나 새벽에도 위험한 기분이 들지 않았습니다. 나보나광장, 판테온, 트레비분수 등이 도보로 5~15분내 구역에 있어서 좋았습니다. 또한 객실내 슬리퍼가 비치되어 있어 좋았습니다. 침대도 싱글매트리스 두개를 합쳐서 만든 더블사이즈가 아니라, 순수 더블사이즈의 침대여서 좋았습니다. 24시간 리셉션, 친절한 스탭^^

샤워실배수시설만 문제없다면 베스트?
104호인가요 머물렀는데, 샤워실에서 밑에 배수시설이 잘안되어있어서 물이 안내려가요. 3일동안 머물면서 계속 호텔로비에 말씀드렸는데, 기술자부르겠다. 이틀동안 말하더니, 마지막날에 다른방도 마찬가지겠지만 바꾸겠느냐? 라고 마지막날에 말하더군요(풀예약이긴했어요). 샤워시에 바닥에 물이 차서, 샤워실밖으로 물이 넘어가는것만 괜찮다면. 추천합니다. 거기에 있는 커피포트는 절대 사용하지마세요.

나보나 광장과 너무나 가깝고 안전한 위치의 호텔
나보나 광장과 너무나 가까운 거리에 있는 최적의 위치에 있는 호텔입니다 방 상태도 좋았고, 바로 앞에 택시 정류장도 있어서 이동도 편했습니다 다만, 호텔 정문을 찾기가 조금 어려운 부분은 있습니다. 그냥 일반 집의 문으로 생각을 하고 찾으셔야 합니다 ^^

入り口がマンションの一室になっていて分かりにくなったけど、好立地で綺麗な部屋で泊まれることはとても良かった。テルミニ駅周辺のホテルに泊まっていたが、治安の悪さとホテルサービスの内容がとても悪く、チェックアウトしてこちらのホテルに移動してきて大正解でした。 朝食はついていないけど、Wi-Fiは強いし、ポットもあって親を沸かせるのもよかった。

We were super well received. The hotel helped us find transportation when our shuttle was canceled and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. It's one block from Piazza Navona, surrounded by great places, the hotel has access safety code to get in and double windows guarantee a quiet nice sleep. And the bed is absolutely dreamy!! Will definitely stay there again!!

Ubicación y limpieza a buen precio.
El hotel está ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad, apenas cruzando la calle de Plaza Navona, rodeado de lugares para comer, la parada de bus justo enfrente y muy cerca de las atracciones principales, por eso es una gran opción. La habitación estaba impecable, la cama cómoda y todo funcionaba bien, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Zentral zwischen Vatikan und archäologische Zone. Sehr verstaubte Zimmer, scheint so, dass man nicht überall gut wischt und man noch viel Staub? Auch im Bad hat. Laut, denn Hauptstraße und man hört sogar die Möwen, abgenutzte Möbel, dreckiges Bad mit viel Urinstein und Kalkflecken. Abfluss Dusche verstopft, nur langsam versickert, Handbrause total verkalkt und veralgt. Der Boden Schneller Check-in.

Terrible service and blaming
We stayed 3 nights at Art Navona. My rating reflects the way we were treated regarding the AC as It was not working. We notified the front desk and they said no problem, they would have a look. We returned later and was told it was fixed. When we got into our room it was hotter than it was outside. We reported this again to the front desk. They blamed us for changing the settings (which we DID NOT touch). Then said that we booked on Expedia and should call them to cancel our booking if we were unhappy (again, not accurate as booked with Hotels.com). Please note it should not be up to us to correct the hotel issues and there was no other availability around to even change if we wanted to!) The AC problem continued the entire time. At check out they waived the 30$ city tax which was good but this did not even come close to not able to sleep for 3 nights. The disregard for our room issue then the blame and telling us to go elsewhere was unacceptable. I feel bad for the next people in the room. Although the hotel is in a good location I would NOT recommend this hotel to other guests.

I forgot that I had a complimentary bottle of wine. They did not remind me. Service is great. Bathroom small, nothing to be surprided in Europe. Amazing location. Good value overall.

It was amazing! Perfectly located and easy to walk to a lot of landmarks. The suite was very spacious and clean and had amazing air conditioning which was important because we visited during a heat wave! Would definitely stay again!

Good hotel, but watch out for the “SC” room
AMAZING location, but my room looked nothing like the photo and it didn’t even have a number, it was marked as “SC” and it looked like it was improvised, very different decoration from the other rooms (and for the worse) and I could barely fit in the shower. I got to peek at another room and it was totaly different. I wood recomend the hotel as the staff was very attentive, the location was just amazing and the room was fairly clean. Tho if you get the “SC” room, try to make the change because for me it was an unpleasant surprise. Ps. The “SC” room isn’t unbearable, but the other ones are much better.
