Stayed at this property for 5 nights, 10 minute walk from Termini easy use of Metro and train from airport. Safe area for walking around with a few restaurants in the area. Room 102 newly renovated to an extremely high standard, including comfortable bed, excellent shower and facilities. Breakfast room is on 5th floor which served freshly baked pastries, fruit, nuts etc and yoghurt setting you up for a good start for the day. All staff lovely and helpful, immaculately clean too. The lift is extremely antiquated but that adds to the charm of the place in our opinion as all these properties are old buildings. Other rooms being renovated so need to bare with this at the moment. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend our room, staff and location.

The property sits on top of a residense. The rooms are up to date, but the building is quite old. The rooms are clean but not sound proof, and the shower is slow. If you like to stay at an antique housing, this maybe the place for you.

Stilfullt og meget rent! Men det romslige rommet med balkong som ble vist på bookingen,, så vi ikke noe til. Rommet var svært lite, kun plass til en stol, blikk i bakgård. Sengen var god men puta "steinhard". Den roste frokosten hadde gode elementer, men kun søte bakevarer. Også kornblandingen var den søte typen. Teen ble servert med varmt, ikke hett vann. Et par trappetrinn skulle det være til Forum romanun etc. I virkeligheten er det 2-3 km gange eller først 1 knapp kilometer til metroen ved togstasjonen og overfylte vogn. I sum er det for mange lurerier til at jeg skal bo der på nytt.

Initially you have to use an intercom to get into the building and then you will be given one key for the building, one for your floor and one for your room. We had some trouble with the exterior door so we were given a code to enter the building. There is an old style elevator (cage like) to get to your floor. It worked fine. Everything in the room was good. You fill out a menu for breakfast and a tray is brought to your room. Continental breakfast. Breakfast was plenty for us . Service was good and the girls at the desk friendly.

Raise the price and provide better AC

The tiny big city accommodation was expected but the marginal air conditioning which could only be on when we were in the room (same is true of the mini fridge) was a big detractor for a hot July stay. The staff was great but too hot.

Ottima scelta

Se pur per un tempo breve periodo, per una notte , è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Vicino a tutto , a soli 5 minuti dalla Stazione Termini e non lontano dalle zone di attrazione più famose, distano tutte a circa 20 minuti a piedi. Ci hanno accolto benissimo e il servizio della colazione a letto puntualissimo all'ora stabilita la sera prima. Molto buona la colazione all'italiana.

Clean and spacious hotel room near termini station

We loved our stay here! The rooms were very clean and modern. The hotel staff were friendly and breakfast was always bought to or room at the time requested. It's also a close walk to termini station

nice rooms close to Termini Train station

Hotel staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to your room at a time convenient to you between certain times in the morning. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rome.

Sufficient for our needs

Nice room, check-in desk was a little hard to find. Breakfast was very basic as was the room, but it was clean and although an old building it had been modernized. It was very close to the Termini station which was great for catching out of town trains and for the metro, however the block where they are located is a bit grungy so not the nicest impression from the outside
