Despite being located inside an old building, but the hotel is beautifully renovated. It's in the heart of campo de fiori so everything is within walking distance to shops, cafe, restaurants, groceries store, pharm acies, tram stop, etc. We stayed there for 4 nights and will certainly come back again for our next trip to Rome

The location of this hotel is amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I loved being able to walk outside and immediately be in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods in Rome. The room itself was not in perfect condition, however I would gladly stay there again.

Pagato più di 300 euro a notte: Self check-in ma chiave non era disponibile all’arrivo. Non è un albergo ma stanze di un appartamento riconvertito. All’arrivo Non c’erano asciugamani in bagno. Televisione non funzionava. E per 300 euro neanche una bottiglia d’acqua che non fosse a pagamento. Sconsigliato.

Mi experiencia no fue buena. Reservé el alojamiento porque tenia buenas opiniones. La verdad es que la habitacion que me entregaron no correspondía en lo absoluto a las fotografias que aparecen publicadas. Es un espacio muy pequeño, con ventana que da a la calle frente a unos bares y pub (en el dia cafeterias agradables pero la noche que llegué habia musica a todo volumen y un karaoke donde era imposible ppder dormir. Me encanta la fiesta pero me gusta tambien poder dormir cuando lo deseo. El closet para guardar la ropa es ultra pequeño (eramos 2 personas y simplemente no entrabamos ). El baño limpio y de un tamaño aceptable. Dormi solo una noche en la lugar y cancele la reserva. Se me quedó ni cargador de celular de carga rapida en la habitacion del alojamiento y no lo regresaron. Definitivamente NO volveria ni lo recomiendo. Hay un monton de sitios bien ubicados, mas baratos y mejores que este

I loved to locality of the property, I loved the intimate and clean nature of the property. They had a driver available to get me from FCO to the hotel. The staff and hotel were wonderful!

Super schön, sehr zu empfehlen
Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof wodurch es sehr ruhig war. Alles ist so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Lage ist zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Rom hier wieder übernachten.

O quarto é grande, mas não é um hotel. É um prédio muito velho em uma região nada agradável. Há uma porta muito velha, na rua, com um interfone. Tocamos esse interfone muitas vezes e ninguém atendia. o local é caro e mal administrado. Sempre que descíamos, víamos outros hóspedes na mesma situação do lado de fora sem nada saber. No momento da compra, não fica claro que são apartamentos em local tão estranho. O “Lobby” fica no quinto andar, mas não há nenhuma informação, o que causa muito desespero. Tivemos que subir por um elevador medieval de andar em andar procurando a administração do Spanish Suites. Não vale o que custa. Me senti enganada. Nunca mais quero ter uma experiência como essa.

Location great in the historic town although parking is 10 minutes away. Staff very nice but no reception desk. You have to ring a number from a mobile they give you. Our main problem was the bed and shower. Shower was very weak and hot water always ran out quickly. Two single beds were tied together by two ropes to make a double. You could feel the ropes while in the bed so was a bit uncomfortable. Wifi didnt work sometimes. Staff were very nice.

The location of this property was super convenient and was within walking distance to almost anything in the city. That being said, we did not have the best experience during our stay. We stayed a total of 5 nights. Our second night, we got to the room after dinner and there were bugs in our bed and on the floor. We called the front desk and they were extremely helpful and attentive, and moved us to another room. It was quite disappointing once we got to the new room, however, as the floors were extremely filthy. We took our shoes off and walked around the room for a brief minute, then sat on the bed and a gross amount of black residue was left on the bed from the floor. Not only that, but there was mold in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom. The shower barely let out any water. We laid a white towel on the ground for a bit as water was not well contained in the shower due to an opening toward the bottom of the shower. After the brief moment of being on the floor, the entire towel was pink from whatever was on the floor (not sure if it was cleaner, chemicals, or what). Finally, the rooms are located in what seemed to be an office building. There was a gentleman next door with an architecture office and you could hear him on the phone through the walls. All in all, we were happy with the location and the reception services, but the quality of the rooms and cleanliness were beyond disappointing.

The Spanish Suite Campo de Fiori is actually two properties across the street from each other. The building at Piazza Cairoli 9 is obliquely across a narrow space between it and the church of Santi Biagio e Carli. As it is one of the main arteries into-and-out-of the late night bar scene located at Campo de Fiori, the noise generated here is a nightmare until at least 3AM...every night. Earplugs are useless against the constant gunning of motorini and loud partiers - often accompanied by endlessly barking dogs - who assemble on the steps of the church just below the street-facing room windows, and also the side-street corner rooms. After the party stragglers vanish sometime around 2:30-3 then the street cleaning machines roll round-and-round the area like giant robot vacuums to clean it all up for the following morning, which by this time is only a few hours away. If you are disturbed by late-night noise and plan to rise early in the morning for a day of sightseeing then you MUST request an internal room NOT facing the street in either of the two properties. With relation to the split-property, if you wish to be in separate rooms but in the same building with friends or family then you also MUST request this in advance. Be advised that stairs are narrow and steep and the tight and tiny elevator is not always available due to the fact that it must be manually closed by the prior user in order to continue functioning. Останавливались в этом отеле на 4 дня в апреле: всё замечательно! Всё полностью соответствует описаниям и фото. Очень приветливый персонал, всё, о чём просили, было исполнено легко и в срок, подробно рассказали про рестораны, посоветовали, куда сходить, минуя туристические тропы.)) Номер чистый, вай-фай летал, матрас вне всяких похвал, многие 5-звёздные таким не похвастают, ассортимент подушек тоже порадовал)) Отдельно надо сказать про район: даже не представляю места лучше и удобнее! Всё основное - в пределах 15-20 минут ходьбы, а кафе со вкусными завтраками, отличным кофе - в двух шагах, местные ресторанчики тоже вполне, несмотря на туристопоток, старинная булочная с шикарной выпечкой и изумительным хлебом в соседнем переулке, отличные магазины в пешей доступности... просто праздник какой-то! Если вдруг кто-то задумается о поездке в Рим и будет искать что-то в этой категории жилья, я буду рекомендовать этот отель совершенно искренне и не задумываясь!

Die Unterkunft liegt ganz nah am Campo di Fiori, superzentral, trotzdem ruhig, mit schönem Ausblick. Alles war relativ neu und sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Personal ist supernett. Die Zimmer befinden sich im 5. OG mit Aufzug. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Bar, wo man frühstücken kann. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 100 m entfernt. In Trastevere ist man in 5 Minuten. Dort kann man lecker essen und trinken. Und auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind von hier sehr gut zu erreichen.

Glad I Stayed
A small hotel that is worth the difficulty finding it (no sign - ask a storekeeper). Alberto, the day manager, was outstanding - welcoming, helpful, friendly. The room and bathroom were clean a spacious, comfortable bed, nice amenities. A smartphone was particularly useful (Google and maps, local and international calls). I plan to stay again.
