We arrived later in the evening and the communication with the staff was great, we had no issues getting up to our room after hours. Clean, cozy, staff was great. The few things we asked for (towels, toiletry paper) was brought to us promptly. The property is within a few blocks to some great restaurants, mini-marts, etc. St. Peters was about a 15 minute walk.

We booked a junior suite for myself, my grandma and 1.5 year old and our room was the perfect size. We were met by Marco, the owner at check in. He was easy to chat with. Would be easier/efficient if the check in instructions were posted somewhere or sent beforehand as I had to call to be let into the building. The bed was comfortable and sheets were good. The bathroom had the biggest shower we had during our 10 days in Rome! It was clean and updated and came with toiletries. Great shower. I do wish they had a shelf inside the shower for your toiletries and a spot to place your hand soap. Christine looked after our room and made our breakfasts during our entire stay and she was so lovely and always on time. We would highly recommend this place!

Clean and well designed rooms, bathrooms are modern, friendly and helpful staff, great location, near food, restaurants and shops. They upgraded my room due to sewer smell in bathroom plumbing in the first room that I was in. They also gave a complimentary bottle of wine when I first checked in. This is actually a very good hotel; it just missed an excellent rating if the mattress on the bed were better. The hotel is very charming and quaint. They provided breakfast delivered to your room daily. There were shops and restaurants in the area, which made it convenient. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
