Charming room with river view next door to Piazza Trilussa, on the Tiber River. Ray, the property manager, was pleasant and very helpful. He arranged a transfer service for us to get to FCO as well. There was a common area containing kettle, coffee maker, etc. There is also a lift in the building which we were most grateful for. The noise at night may be an issue for some, but earplugs are offered as well. We enjoyed our stay!

This place is perfectly located to enjoy Trastevere and keep within walking distance of all major sites in historic Rome. The room was clean and comfortable and the common area for making coffee was helpful as well. Would highly recommend this stay.

Lorenzo checked us in and he was great. Room was very clean but the fridge was broken and the hair dryer kept turning off. This is not a hotel but an old large apartment that has been chopped up into 5 rooms. Location excellent for those wanting to be in heart of the action in Trastevere, but beware of the drawback of that, which is the extremely loud bar directly below lol. Otherwise, fantastic location in a cool old building with vintage elevator that was gorgeous.

The building is not a hotel entirely. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. It’s a great location. There are a lot of food choices, bars, & mini marts around. There is a lot of locals and tourists and everyone is friendly. Something to keep in mind check in is only from 3pm-7pm.

Nice place and friendly welcome. However, I requested a receipt when I checked in, and this morning when I left, there still was nothing. And no food, though coffee.
