The NICEST staff! So helpful- they stored our luggage for us on both our arrival and departure days so we could maximize our time in Rome. Very clean and big and comfortable rooms!!

The check-in went flawlessly thanks to Luca. He also reviewed the area on a placemat-sized paper map and gave us suggestions of areas to see that augmented the tours we had already scheduled. Overall he made sure we had everything we needed as well as coffee and tea in the morning. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay at Trevi Contemporary Suite. The room was clean and spacious. There is a walk in closet perfect for storage and bathroom was big. The location is excellent. Close to the Trevi fountain and the other main landmarks. Everything is walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was within walking distance to almost all of the attractions. It was very quiet, comfortable and updated. John was absolutely wonderful!! Very personable and knowledgeable. He made sure all of our needs were taken care of and answered all of our questions.

Great little spot in Rome
From the outside it doesn't look like much but once inside it is modern, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent here and we were able to easily walk to many nearby attractions. Even the train station is walkable if you're not carrying suitcases. We would happily return here if we return to Rome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Trevi Contemporary Suites. Our room had everything we needed and more. The coffee room located in the common area supplied water, snacks and tea whenever we needed some refreshments. The location was perfect with lots of great dining options and sights to see nearby. Our trip was perfect because we rested so well here.

Great Location!
It has a great location to the Trevi area of Rome. It was clean and modernized. Comfortable and in a safe environment. The people were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was there wasn't anything in the way of breakfast, not even snacks to choose from and the coffee machine was hard to figure out. Otherwise, I would go back in a heartbeat.

Staff gentilissimo e location comoda per metro Barberini e rione Trevi: consigliata per chi vuole vivere la città al massimo. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera 3b con finestra su piccolissima corte interna un po' claustrofobica ma per chi come noi stava poco in hotel non è stato un problema. Quello che può essere un problema è la mancanza di insonorizzazione dai corridoi e la politica del cambio di asciugamani: vengono cambiati solo dopo 3 giorni per soggiorni di oltre 4 gg (altrimenti si paga 4€).

The property was built in 1861 and has a wonderful terrace to enjoy glass of wine or a coffee etc. The rooms are small cozy and quiet. The staff goes above & beyond to make your stay comfortable. The location is awesome and is walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain...

Poor customer service
Air conditioner dripped all over the floor. We tried to resolve the issue with the hotel but they did not come up with a solution that worked. I tried what they suggested but it did not work. The only solution was to not use the air conditioner but it was too hot to sleep without it but we sacrificed because the dripping noise was just as annoying. Even our neighboring room heard the dripping noise. Not to mention how dangerous it was to have water on the floor in the middle of the night

Nice spacious room, good beds and a big bathroom with a great shower. The only downside of the room is that it’s quite noisy, also dogs are allowed in the hotel so unfortunately we had to listen to a barking dog all night. The location is good and very central. Unfortunately the reception is not open all day and if you want to drop off luggage you need to go to another hotel. This is not very clearly indicated so resulted in some walking back and forth at arrival and departure.

Good location and nice modern apartment
Lovely apartment in an ideal location. When we arrived, there was no-one there to check us in. During our 2 day stay, we didn't see any members of staff. On our first night, we were kept awake until after 2am as someone downstairs seemed to be having a party. Extremely loud music and people shouting and cheering could be heard all night. When we tried to ring someone at the hotel to inform them, we couldn't get in touch with anyone so had to listen to it all night until it finished. Second night was much more pleasant as no music. Lovely modern room and the shower was incredible.

The check in procedure/location of check in was a bit confusing as it is not a “normal” hotel check in, it could be tweaked a little so you know what floor to go to as hotel is on the 2nd floor only. We felt very safe there, the property was clean, modern & pleasant. Staff was very nice/helpful & once we figured out how it all worked we were happy. Breakfast is served at a wonderful restaurant down the street called White, great food selection & wonderful customer service. The hotel was in a perfect location for us to walk to all the tourist sites & easy to Uber to/from. The beds are a bit firm for our taste. The elevator (lift) is tiny & was broken the whole time we were there, so it’s a good thing we are in shape to haul our luggage up & walk the stairs. We enjoyed our time here.

Stay was just ok.
To sum it up, it was just an ok stay. The suite was clean and the location was within walking distance to many restaurants and sites. The bed was a bit on the firmer side. The main points on why I didn't give it a great rating was mainly due to the fact that the room I stayed in shared a wall right next to the reception area and I could hear all morning bustle and the fact that cleaning services took away our towels and didn't replace them on the 2nd night I was there. I am sure it was an honest mistake, however, it surely did hamper my experience; especially since I came back to the suite at night( reception person leaves by 3:30pm) after it had been raining to find out that I could not take a hot shower due to not having any towels. Overall, it wasn't bad place to stay, but it wasn't great either.

Nice little hotel but breakfast not worth it.
Nice little hotel in a good area close to restaurants and Trevi Fountain. The only downside was no real reception so if arriving late or need something after 4pm there’s no one there. And the breakfast at a nearby cafe was terrible. We ate there once but went elsewhere for the rest of the stay. Other than that it’s good.

Ótimo local para ficar! Apesar de nao ter recepcao 24 horas nao tive problema para entrar no quarto. Muito confortável, silencioso e bem localizado O cafe da manha é em um local proximo e foi o que menos impressionou. Mas nao faz com que o hotel deixe de ser uma otima opcao

Perfect place to stay!
We spent our last night in Rome here and it was fantastic. You have the Italian charm of an old neighborhood and historic building with a beautiful modern room. We had a queen and a twin in our room and the room was spacious and comfortable. It had a smart TV so we could log into Netflix or amazon video. The staff was friendly and helpful. They held our luggage 6 hours before check in so we could explore. It was 40 degrees Celsius/ about 104 Fahrenheit the day we stayed and the AC was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Muito bom!!
O hotel é bem localizado, vc leva 5 min até a Fontana de Trevi. Os quartos e banheiros são amplos e muito limpos. O hotel não tem recepção o tempo todo por isso é bom verificar se quando vc chegar tem alguém para abrir a porta. Depois que vc faz o checkin vc tem a chave da porta da entrada e fica mais fácil.

Beautiful old building, inside the layout was very modern and tasteful. Great, central location. Only drawback was breakfast, which i paid for wasn't actually within the hotel. You are given a token for a cafe in the street behind , a laminate sheet was given to us with 2 choices on it. Toast or croissant/ donut. Juice, water, tea or coffee and yogurt ! The service was very slow and they seemed to worry more about 'paying customers' I didn't bother going back there on my 2nd day !!

A quite hideout in middle of the busy city. Loved our short stay. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. The property is close to all the major attractions of the city. I would highly recommend staying here if anyone plans to visit Rome! Kudos to the entire team.

Italian Scene 2019
We had a great last two days in Rome. This bed & breakfast is in the center of Rome, a few minutes walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon, and so on. Lots of restaurants around the area. The staffs are wonderful. The room clean and have enough space for the three of us. The style contemporary inside old and historical outside. My only drawback is breakfast, it’s minimal, and you have to go out to around the corner for a piece of croissant, coffee, & yogurt that’s it. I expected a full European breakfast inside the establishment. I guess I got spoiled from all the hotels that we stayed in from our Group Tour that I find this below average. Overall you get what you paid for.
