Dear Colleen, first of all the original problem was caused by you because you provided an invalid credit card when you made the reservation so, as I wrote you in an email the reservation was not guaranteed. We NEVER cancel regular reservation coverd by a valid credit card. When your reservation was cancelled we apologized and we offered our complete help and availability to help you find a hotel totally similar to this in the same area (there are at least two each block and it was the end of high season so you would not have any difficuly) and you just got angry and never answer back. We've treated you with professionality until the end. Regards.
