4성 호텔이나 서비스는 별하나 호텔
주변은 아주편리했지만 인터넷에서 본방과 다른방을 주었고, 룸은 어둡고 답답하고 이불은 엄청무거워서 자다가 여러번깸. 시트는 베개 시트만 교환해주고 이불커버와 시트커버는 일주일내내 교환하주지 않음 팁을 놓았으나 변화없었음 어이없는 상황.조식은 그냥 심플 유럽조식. 단지 교통만 좋음 재방문의사 없음.

Reasonable place to stay
It was a modern style hotel, which was nice. The staffs were kind enough to move me to a room with a view when it became available. The breakfast foods were not excellent but ok. Restaurant staffs were very nice though.

청결함: 모던한 분위기에 깨끗했습니다 서비스 품질: 조식도 맛있었고, 직원 모두 친절했습니다 (이태리어를 써야 더 친절해지는거 같습니다) 호텔위치: 역에서 10분내 거리이며, 호텔 주변에는 주민들이 거주 하는곳이라 그런지 분위기가 위험하지 않고, 바도 있고, 마트도 있고 좋았습니다. 밤 11시 넘어서까지 돌아다녔습니다.

모던하고 깔끔한 호텔 - 21 호텔
바티칸과 1정거장이고 조용하고 깨끗하였습니다. 스위트룸은 거실과 분리가 되어 화장실이 2개여서 아버지와 여행이 더 편리했습니다.

생각보다 좋았던 곳
바티칸쪽에서 가까운 호텔, 전반적으로 편리한 위치..객실도 커플용으로 좀더 큰 곳으로 배정해줘서 좋았음, 일주일 머무는 동안 거의 매일 시트 갈아주고 깨끗하게 관리해줌. 단 무료 생수나 핫팟등 서비스는 전혀 없음. 아침은 간단하지만 일주일동안 맛있게 먹었음

The location of the hotel was the best part. Staff was nice and accommodating. Wife was slow at times.

4 étoiles très très très moyennes...une chambre qui donne sur un boyau où on pourrait serrer la main de son voisin d'en face. Chambre au 5ème étage où l'on entend la musique du bar/restaurant/petit déjeuner dès 8h et jusqu'à 22h (on ne va pas baisser le volume, c'est la musique du bar...). Petit dejeuner tout aussi moyen, oeufs brouillés tièdes, jus d'orange coupé à l'eau. Seul avantage de cet hôtel, sa localisation pratique. Un peu court pour un 4 étoiles même à Rome.

The rating of this hotel needs to be lowered to 3 stars. The room is dark and in need of more lighting, dark walls, dark carpet, black comforter, black bathroom. Get rid of all the black! The a/c was turned off because it’s winter time and the heater was switched on. This made for a terrible stay and restless nights, the room was hot even with the window open. You can’t sleep with the window open because it’s too loud outside, had I known this I wouldn’t have booked this place. You break a sweat just getting ready in the am, yes even with the window open. Please make it known there is no a/c in the rooms during certain times of the year. The breakfast was your typical Italian fare, nothing to rave about. For check out you must check out at the front desk, very inconvenient, no one does this anymore. Staff was nice and accommodating, location was superb.

Experience is not so good because the bathroom is dark. You can’t even see yourself when you are having a shower. 3 stars hotel without tissue papers is not up to a standard. One has to use toilet papers for this purpose. The room’s temperature is high and there is no way to turn it down except to opening the window, but that creates traffic noise from the streets. The staff is good and they give goood services, especially those at the front counter. .

Excellent property in the middle of numerous tourist friendly locations. Staff were professional and friendly, room was large and comfortable and the overall vibe of the area was perfect for us. Lots of pubs in the area so do not complain about the street noise. If I had one silly complaint, which is really a compliment…the hot water was literally boil an egg hot!! I love hot water and if you do too this is a bonus. Great location!

In need of more room and kichen help.
We arrived at 10; told to come back at 1to check in. Arrived back before 3 and waited until 3:30 before room was ready and after 3 others separate guests checked in. Next day went out before 10; came back after 4. Room had not been touched: unmade beds, room not cleaned. Breakfast bags offered to those leaving was not honored. Told kitchen was too busy.

El hotel es bonito en general pero la habitación que nos tocó era bastante pequeña. El espacio de la ducha es pequeño y no tienen ninguna repisa para poner el shampoo. El desayuno no es muy variado y todos los días pusieron lo mismo. Los huevos revueltos siempre estaban súper aguados y el único día que pedí unos huevos fritos, me cobraron 4 Euros. No tenían máquina de café o jarra para calentar agua en el cuarto. Eso si está bien situado y el servicio fue aceptable.
