“We had a lovely stay here, rooms were spacious and there was a decent breakfast offering though the selection decreased following the Easter period. During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium. ”

“Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. ”
