โCheck in was so simple, staff were amazing and helpful at each interaction. The restaurant was busy with the Tour being in town but the staff were brilliant.
Food was awesome too.
Definitely worthy of more than a couple of stars. โ

La chambre รฉtait trรจs propre, confortable et bien amรฉnagรฉe, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Lโhรดtel est bien situรฉ, au calme, tout en รฉtant proche des sentiers et des activitรฉs proposรฉes dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet รฉtablissement pour un sรฉjour รฉtรฉ comme hiver ร la montagne ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !โ

โExcellent sรฉjour au Pulka. Le personnel รฉtait adorable, la chambre confortable avec une belle vue sur la montagne, un chauffage facile ร rรฉgler. On a pu profiter de la piscine, du sauna et du hamam aprรจs la journรฉe de ski. C'รฉtait vraiment apprรฉciable! Je ne peux pas commenter les repas. On ne les a pas pris sur place mais le petit dรฉjeuner รฉtait correct et trรจs variรฉ, mรชme si les oeufs brouillรฉs et les patisseries industrielles n'รฉtaient pas exceptionnels. Mais c'รฉtait agrรฉable avant daller...
โNous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la veritรฉ qd on vs a appelรฉ , pas de tรฉlรฉvision non plus malgrรฉ nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...
โI didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. โ

โJ ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyรฉ, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

Poor cleanliness.
Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available.
Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.โ
โDisappointing
I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
โNo towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!!
Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furnitureโฆ
OVERPRICED!!!
To be avoided!!!โ
