โI recently stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. First of all, the cleanliness was abysmal. The rooms were dirty, and the bathroom was in desperate need of attention. There was a horrible smell throughout the hotel, like stale air mixed with mold. It made it unbearable to stay there.

โI booked this stay using hotels.com and got a confirmation number. When I had to call this particular property to let them know that I was running late and wanted to make sure that the room is still held by the time I went, the customer service automated response system asked for confirmation number. The number I got from hotels.com is different from what they expect and hence I had to send a person to make sure that the room is held.
