The facilities were very good. The hotel is quiet and relaxing for guests. They let me check in early as the room was ready. So helpful. To reach the hotel, take a tram from the train station in the direction of the city (level -2). Get out at the fourth stop in the market square and walk a few minutes. Hotel sits back in an archway on the left. There is a sign higher up to direct you.

Excellent hotel garni in the centre of Rostock

Excellent place. They need you to show up before 2000 hrs on the day you check in. This is a hotel garni so it doesn’t have a 24 hour reception. There is some out of hours service from the attached Leon’s restaurant. The place is tiptop. You might have to wend your way up or down some steps to get to the room. It’s small but ideal for an outdoors holiday where you only come in to stay at night.

Functional hotel in the heart of Rostock downtown

Excellent location right in city center (with plenty of Restaurants and shops nearby) but in a quiet street. Close to tram stop and not too far from central train station. The room in the annex is a bit on the small size. The plugs are not conveniently located (none are near the bed). Very nice staff at reception. All in all it's a no frill hotel, but pretty functional.

Good value and great location. The reception was hard for us to find and we spent about 15 minutes wandering around, so it would be helpful to get an informational email saying exactly where to go for the reception. The name above the door wasn't the one we were expecting to see. Other than that it was all good!

Very bad noise from 05 in the morning. From trucks delivering goods to shops and no sound isolation from hallway and neighbours at all. Even cleaning personel 3 hours before check out.

Fint och mysigt boende, synd att receptionen inte har öppet sålänge så man var tvungen att passa en tid för incheckning. Men de var snälla och stannade över en timme så vi hann komma. Trevlig frukost och mysig atmosfär.

Rent, låg bra till. Bilderna är väldigt missvisande, det låg på en bakgata och nycklarna fick vi hämta på en annan adress. Såg väldigt fint ut på bilderna men vet inte var dom var tagna. Tjejen i receptionen hade ju inte klackarna i tacket direkt

Der var en meget sød og hjælpsom receptionist da vi tjekkede ind og da vi tjekkede ud. Vi fik en voucher til 3forskellige smage øl, 1 aperol og halv pris på en drinks. Men selve "hotellet" er kun til overnatning da det minder mere som lejligheder i en opgang. Men vi brugte det også kun til sove og bade.

Die Lage ist top, mitten in der Altstadt, dementsprechend aber auch nachts laut. Nicht so schön läuft die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption. Schriftlich gab's keine Antwort zur Parksituation. Der checkin ist nicht bei der Unterkunft, sondern etwas weiter entfernt. Dort angekommen erhält man einen Wegeplan zum Zimmer. Frühstück hatte ich nicht und kann dazu nichts sagen.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Es lag jedoch ebenerdig zum Innenhof, in dem direkt vor dem Fenster ein Restaurant betrieben wurde. Die Vorhänge dunkeln den Raum nicht wirklich ab, sodass es zeitig hell im Zimmer wurde. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption jedoch etwas kurz. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber ok.

Väldigt tillmötesgående och trevlig personal fantastiskt parkering med trappa och hiss direkt till hotellet . Frukost väldigt bra fanns allt man behövde. Ligger väldigt centralt åker gärna hit igen har allt man behöver på gångavstånd. Bara positivt 👍
