This was a difficult property for older guests with heavy luggage. No help with luggage. There was an elevator, but not until you climbed a half-flight to the reception area and the elevator stopped either a half-flight above or below your room.

Go to the Neptun. This place is horrible.

The hotel provided instructions for late arrival (if after 10:00 pm). I arrived at 9:05pm and the hotel was locked up and the late arrive instructions were useless (no code box as described), they would not answer my calls. I could not enter and it and was below freezing. I had to find another hotel with rooms open by foot. The next day the hotel manager would not accept responsibility and said the hotel registration closes at 8:30 - despite the letter I received the previous day clearly indicating 10:00. She would not offer a refund for my prepaid booking - despite it costing me $$$ to sleep elsewhere. If you are looking to book here - DON"T go to the Neptun - it is wonderful. RUN RUN AWAY from these unreasonable and dishonest hosts.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt gegenüber vom Kurpark und nur 3 Minuten vom Strand. Den Tag haben wir mit einem super Frühstücksbuffet begonnen. Die MitarbeiterInnen waren durchgehend sehr freundlich und aufmerksam Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass sie ihre Arbeit nicht nur gut sondern auch gern machen, was man an der angenehmen Atmosphäre im Haus merkt. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, die Matratzen gut und, was ich besonders wichtig finde, das Bad verfügt über ausreichend Ablagefläche. Auch der kleine Wellnessbereich hat zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an die MitarebieterInnen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber. Es liegt am Rande eines kleinen Parks. Die Ostsee und die Promenade sind ca. 50 m entfernt. Einen Parkplatz kann man dazu buchen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und alles wird frisch zubereitet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Es ist viel zu laut. Ausschlafen war nicht. Das Personal fängt morgens gegen 6 Uhr an. Es wird laut geredet und die Türen knallen. Das Bad war sehr alt, die Dichtung von der Dusche ging ständig ab. Es war aber sehr sauber, Frühstück war gut.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. 2min zur Promenade und ca.15 min zum alten Strom wo es viele nette Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Grōße des Zimmers. Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht weil es Größer sein sollte aber es war für uns zu klein und eng. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt das wir Pech hätten von den Deluxe Zimmern wäre das das Kleinste die anderen wären Größer. Wenn dem so ist bucht nicht das Zimmer 201.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Kurparkhotel. Eigentlich sehr schade, weil dieses Hotel definitiv zu einem längeren Aufenthalt einlädt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das Zimmer tipptopp. Ein Restaurant gibt es nicht (mehr), was aber nicht schlimm ist, da Warnemünde eine Vielzahl guter Restaurants bietet. Der Abend in der Lobbybar war sehr schön, die Bedienung freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut und lecker, Rührei und/oder Spiegelei wurden für jeden Gast nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Wir können dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte für 3 Nächte ein Doppelzimmer incl. Frühstück gebucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Auch auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben sollen die tolle Lage des Hotels in Strandnähe, mit Blick auf den Kurpark, das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und das vielseitige Frühstücksangebot. Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.
