"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. Ikke opvarmet skiopbevaring, så alt for fugtigt og dårligt lugtende til at kunne bruges. En voldsom stank af ubehageligt parfumeret rengøringsmiddel, på værelset efter rengøring. "Schon beim Check in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und über alles wichtige informiert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt auch als nicht Hundebesitzer. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, das Essen ist sehr empfehlenswert und auch sehr fair vom Preis. Latrop selber bietet auch einiges wie einen Park mit Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Spazieren nach einem sehr guten reichhaltigen Essen."
