뚜벅이신 분들께 정말 최고의 위치!! 바로 앞이 로토루아 호수. 그 뒤로 바로 가버먼트 가든. i-site와 eat street 도보 5분. 3층에서 묵었어요. 엘베가 없어 계단의 압박ㅋㅋ 살짝 노후되었으나, 방도 넓고 가격 대비 최고. 2019년 1월 기준 바로 옆 공사중. 스파풀은 닫혀 있었고, 수영장 수온은 미지근. 에어컨X. 선풍기2. 냄비, 전기주전자 등 조리기구 오래됨. 성당 종소리가 밤새 들리나, 시끄러운 정도는 아님. 개미가 있었음. 가격 대비 강추.

넓은 객실은 좋았으나 조금 추웠습니다. 그리고 새벽에 유황냄새때문에 고생좀 했으나 전반적으뇨 괜찮았습니다.

모든게 다 있는 훌륭한 모텔
혼자갔는데 침대가 4개나 있는 방을 받았습니다. 넓고 좋더군요. 전기레인지, 전기오븐, 전자레인지는 물론 각종 식기들이 모두 있었구요, 위치도 호수랑 시내랑 모두 도보로 이동가능했습니다. 무료로 이용할 수 있는 수영장과 스파, 10GB의 와이파이도 만족스러웠습니다.

located near lake but 1km away from supermarket. nice owner with smiling but soundproof was toooooo bad. i can hear everything from other rooms and outside. i would like to stay in another motel if i go to Rotorua next time.

Firstly the associate who checked us in was courteous and professional. He was able to arrange for an early check in which we really appreciated. However we could not over look the dirty room,outdoor areas and the pools. As we had chosen this hotel to experience the thermal pool, we just couldn't use it as it was not clean. I would like to caution other guests that the photos are not accurate and if you want to experience thermal pools you may want to consider going elsewhere. In closing the motel is in a great location and easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions in Rotorua.

Great to be able to use the hot pool and spa pool after a long drive/day out. Comfortable bed and air conditioning meant a good sleep.

Place was good,near the lake best of all we got to park our car infront of the porch which was convenient as my sister has difficulty in moving around.Great place to walk in the cool morning by the lake.

I thought it was great value for money. Was pretty clean and tidy had everything you needed. Some of the outside areas steps etc a bit tired and need a coat of paint but overall very good

The staff were lovely and upgraded our room. The motel is obviously undergoing maintenance which is needed. But we enjoyed the location (walking distance to the lake front and eat street) and the spacious 2 bedroom unit with plenty of space to store bikes.

WE arrived at 8 pm and the pool, hot tubs and washing machine all closed at 9 pm. The washing machine did not spin our laundry so we ended up having to go to a laundromat. The room was fairly clean but the area near the laundry was not and the hot tubs did not look very clean. There was a guest drying rack and I would not have put cleans clothes there ti dry. There was scaffolding up so it looks like they may be making some improvements.

A somewhat old property but comfortable and met our needs. Staff very helpful. Good location. We weren't worried about the usual Rotorua smell as we expected that and it cant be avoided in any case. Good value.

We enjoyed our stay here, for 2 nights, 2 blocks from the restaurants etc, easy parking, big warm rooms, we were ground floor which was good as nights were a bit chilly but you can feel the heat beneath here…

Property itself is a good option, was great value for money on Expedia price. It has good pool options (outdoor heated pool, spa and indoor mineral pool), a tad tired but nothing major Staff attitude was terrible when I called two days later to enquire about toys my little one left on the bed, was told it went in the rubbish due to not being high value items, when I said that was not professional as I’ve stayed in many hotels and they’ve always kept belongings he said “if you lose things often I would say you’re not professional” Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been so angry with any customer service and I’ve hardly ever left a negative review in my life but this was just plain rude I would say pay a little more money and go to a place that actually knows how to run an accommodation business.. would never stay there again

All windows were facing street level corridor, so my privacy was very limited. I also felt some security risk. The equipment was also aged.

Many people stayed on our ground floor rooms and we can assure the rooms doesn't have security risks.
